The hotel was chosen on the advice of a travel agency. We didn't read the reviews, although we should have. The hotel is just awful! Survived there for 9 days, ruined vacation. As soon as we arrived at this hotel, I immediately began to call the tour operator to move us to another hotel. By the evening, they still waited, they offered a better option, but with an additional payment of $ 670, but of course we did not count on this and refused.
Rooms are not cleaned. The hotel staff is untidy, rude, arrogant. The water in the cooler is tap water, we bought water and fruits. Food - buffet - this is one name, it is more than terrible, there is no children's menu at all, there is nothing to feed even an 8-year-old child. The fish was 1 time, fried herring. The rest of the time, only semi-finished products - sticks frozen in breadcrumbs, nuggets, mashed potatoes - diluted dry powder, which tastes just awful, even smells like plastic. Place your milking tricks: the tables are dirty, sticky, stray cats run around, who brazenly suck food and climb right on the table, it’s not very pleasant to eat. For food, they stood in line to get a portion of the cheapest semi-finished products that it was impossible to eat at all. For breakfast, they gave either an omelet or a fried egg - "original", why bother, let the vacationers crow by the end of the holiday. For dinner, they gave only chicken, which was handed out in portions by the cook without gloves, as he threw one to the dogs one, maximum two pieces on a plate. Permanent menu: cucumbers, tomatoes, watermelons, a couple of times there were plums. Salads are always spoiled, sour, and often for dinner they were prepared from the leftovers from lunch, as I very well noticed.
The hotel cannot even be given 2 stars.

The road to the beach is about 1 km, a bus drove 6 times a day, which periodically broke down and did not come. It's hard to call it a bus. They stuffed themselves into it like herrings into a barrel, and it was almost impossible to walk on foot, because. the road is rocky. There weren't enough loungers. In general, the hotel is dirty and not well maintained. The kids club didn't work. In the children's club there were sun loungers and the staff slept there. There was once a shop in the center of the hotel, but it is abandoned, does not work and the windows are broken in it. DJ-animator in one person is a bit strange. Every day he entertained the children for 15 minutes with the same repertoire (literally three songs, during which the children simply repeated the movements after him and looked like a train - that's the whole animation).
One plus - clean children's and adult pools. There are slides, but they do not work most of the time - they probably save electricity. The beach is also good, sandy. Bar on the beach with exorbitant prices.
