I rested with my son in July 2017. When choosing a hotel, we were guided by reviews. Yes, indeed, 2 years ago the hotel was quite decent. But, as we were told, in 2017 the owner of the hotel rented it out. We were voiced by Russian tourists vacationing with us 2 reasons: 1. the crisis year of 2016 was unprofitable for the hotel owner and he was afraid to burn out this year as well 2. massive intestinal poisoning of vacationers in 2016. Our compatriots vacationing with us were also dissatisfied with staying in this hotel.
The fact that the hotel is a mess (lack of adequate management) can be seen with the naked eye: waiters in dirty clothes without uniforms, garbage on the beach, the hotel is running. There is a cobweb in the room, in the bathroom the plastic ceiling is covered with mold, water dripped from it all the time of our stay (there was a bathroom on the 2nd floor above us).
Don't count on good food. Yes, you will not stay hungry . . but the food is monotonous, you will get fruit for dinner only if you get to its beginning. After 20 minutes you will not get anything, the waiters will spread their hands and politely say: "finish".

But you can close your eyes to all this. THE MAIN TROUBLE is the DAILY STINK OF THE SEWER!!! ! At about 8 pm, emissions from city sewage treatment plants begin, there is simply an unbearable stench, up to vomiting. The city throws out muck all night, until the morning. Slept all 8 nights with a tightly clogged balcony. We went to breathe in the fresh sea air, to sleep with the windows wide open! And they got daily poisoning with emissions into the atmosphere of some unknown thing, obviously not useful (feces). But this is a resort area!
A few days later, we figured it out... Yes, at every 300-500 meters along the coast you can see pipes through which the city's wastewater treatment plant dumps waste (sewage) into the sea at night. THIS, apparently, we were suffocating, in THIS 4 days we swam.
The hotel staff is aware of the problem, agrees, but shrugged. . . In the morning, a white bubbling film was observed on the surface of the sea (special splitting tablets are added when ejected). By lunchtime, the sea became cleaner, but the "chemical composition" (a set of all sorts of rubbish) certainly does not change.
On the 4th day, my son had a fever, nausea and everything else attached to this... They called a doctor, we were taken to the hospital with a diagnosis: enterovirus. Well, how can he not be? As it turned out, we weren’t the only ones who picked up this bullshit in the sea. The rest of our stay "by the sea" cooled in the pool... There is at least bleach... The sea was no longer drawn.
We have never had such a rest by the sea in our practice!
It is very strange why Coral sends tourists to such hotels and in general areas with such an ecological situation ? ! It's just a disaster! Let representatives of tour operators come any day at NIGHT (there are no smells during the day) and try to breathe "fresh air". And nearby there are many more hotels, including five-star ones... "Fresh air" at night for all one, with the same freshness
70% of all hotel guests are Turks themselves, there were practically no Germans (this is probably an indicator), the rest of the vacationers are Russians, Ukrainians.
There is practically no animation, only evening shows (Turkish animators). The people amuse themselves during the day as best they can.
