We were in Turkey as a family - three of us with a child of 4 years from 13.06. 11 to 25.06. eleven

We flew with the Red Wings airline from Domodedovo on a charter. The flight there without delays, but back, the flight was delayed by 10 hours, and if you add + 5 more hours to this time, this is the time for which you leave the hotel to the airport with a stop at the sweet factory, and + 3 hours of flight, then 18 hours - it’s already too much to get to Moscow with small children (. Everything at the airport was terribly scandalous, but the representatives of the airline did not tell the reason why the plane was delayed. So think, maybe it’s better to pay a couple of thousand rubles for a direct flight? Probably next time we will do so if we ever visit Turkey again, which is unlikely.

Everything that was written below about the hotel is true, I fully support the previous review. I will not write about the territory and animation for children and adults, since these are, in principle, all the advantages of the hotel. The food is also good, you won't go hungry.
Our child liked the playground and the kids club is also good, it is located near this playground and the children's pool with an octopus. An animator Natalya works there, a Russian girl and a German man, who speaks Russian and German.

But I'll write about the shortcomings all the same. Glasses are really mostly dirty served, not nice.
A lot of bad bungalows - this is true.
We lived in bungalow room 2504, they were cleaned very badly and not always, the floors were washed only 3 times in 14 days, the dust on the floor and pedestals was constant. They left baksheesh, but probably not enough 1-2 dollars were put in the ashtray, as the guide advised. The only thing that was constantly changed was bed linen and towels, but again, not in all bungalows. Our friends from the second floor of the neighboring bungalow did not do this either. Since we were traveling with a small child, we often didn’t go on excursions, but had to be on the territory of the hotel or in the room.
Therefore, these shortcomings were significant.

About insects: there are plenty of them in the room, at least on the 1st floor.
Mosquitoes, ants, all the time. On the territory, especially if your sun lounger is in the shade near the pool, then the midge will definitely stick. Our neighbors walked on the sun loungers complaining about pickling midges, the hotel staff came, pickled only where the Germans constantly rested, we were shocked. In general, the attitude towards the Germans in this hotel is much better than towards the Russians. The restaurant will primarily serve the Germans, but they may not remember us at all and not put down the appliances.

Now about the children's pool, which is located next to the big one. Basically, it is always dirty, the water there is not ventilated like in large ones and in a nursery with octopus slides, in addition, it is half under a large tree, from which foliage and berries are constantly falling off. From them, too, no one cleaned the water even once.

Many sun loungers are dirty and after the complaints of some Russian couples to wash them, the hotel staff came with a hose, lifted several sun loungers and, under the pressure of water from the hose, knocked dirt off them, after which this same dirt and glass in this children's pool, watched this picture themselves in the evening.
The hotel, as already mentioned, is about 50/50 Russians and Germans, there are also Turks in a few Swedes, the hotel was so crowded in June that it was simply not realistic to swim in the pool calmly or, for example, take a sun lounger around the pool. We were always occupied by one elderly Russian couple at 5 in the morning, laying down towels that places were occupied. In what countries and hotels we have been, this has never happened.
Finally, I’ll warn parents who want to go on an excursion on the Viking pirate yacht in the afternoon with their child, take warm blouses for the child with you, as it gets dark in the open sea, it’s quite windy.
The guide did not warn us, and therefore we had to wrap the child in towels.
We are not picky people, so we didn’t swear and spoil our vacation, but we noted these disadvantages for ourselves so that we don’t go to this hotel anymore. In general, of course, I note that the price corresponds to the quality. What they wanted, they got. We will save no more. Have a nice rest everyone, I hope you will have less cons!
