The food in the main restaurant is good, there is variety and choice, but the ala carte restaurants were a bit disappointing. In addition to the fact that one visit per week is free, and the rest for a house fee, the quality leaves much to be desired, we were in one, according to reviews, the best fish restaurant. Buffet-type service, from alcoholic drinks wine, champagne and beer (see a little below about drinks) from the main dishes, this is an opportunity to order different grilled fish, but since the cook spoiled the dorado, it was necessary to manage and the red fish was also not distinguished by sophistication. In addition, it rained on the eve of dinner, and since part of the restaurant is open-air, the floor was wet and very slippery, but not only in that place, but also in the food distribution area and in the area of ​ ​ u200bu200btables for visitors that are under the roof. Before leaving, we also planned an Italian restaurant for ourselves, if anything, we will add our review about it.
The hotel has a very large well-groomed territory, a good beach, a spa, a fitness room, very comfortable for families with children (in terms of food and leisure). You can eat at any time of the day. and not bad

A good pool and a sufficient number of sun loungers near it, good bars and good staff, again at the reception there was a problem with communication more than once, since the staff of some shifts did not speak either Russian or English. True, despite the concept of ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE, drinks in local bars, imported drinks only in some bars and then for an additional fee, in restaurants for lunch and dinner from alcohol, local wine and beer. But the bartenders are great and everyone can find a drink to their liking, they try to diversify the assortment with different cocktails (I especially want to mention the pool bar), the advantage of these drinks, in my opinion, is that they do not have a high degree and it’s very hard to get drunk (who loves drinks are more serious. buy in duty free or take from home).
Our room is a beach house (bungalow near the beach) very good location but tired furniture and interior, few Russian-language channels on TV (take an HDMA cable and some device from which you can watch movies downloaded in advance), wireless internet works well, the bar is replenished every day , but with cleaning in the room it’s not very good at all and the number of towels is very limited (five pieces along with a towel for legs for two) and if your time did not coincide with the cleaning lady’s time, then your room may not be cleaned for several days. Probably it was our individual luck, but several times we could not get into the room, the electronic lock did not open (four times it was reflashed to us at the reception).
The presence of animals on the territory of the hotel is observed, dogs and local cats run in, who feel at ease begging in bars and drinking water from the pool, they can climb into your bungalow if you do not close the window.
In general, the pros - good cuisine, large well-groomed territory, good beach, good bars, good pool, Cons - requested clearing staff (poor quality cleaning in the rooms), not enough English - Russian speaking staff at the reception in some shifts, the presence of animals on the territory in close proximity to vacationers
