I rested with my family in this hotel in July 2009. Standard room on the third floor. Rest was satisfied. I am writing so that people who choose a hotel can understand where they are going from advertising, and, accordingly, be ready upon arrival for what they paid for. Because I myself know what the fuss is about choosing a hotel. I'll start with the bad.
1. Number. Maybe once the numbers were drawn to five stars, but probably a lot of time has passed and today the number does not pull more than three stars. Slightly shabby furniture, 10-year-old dead carpet (which is already all curled up in lumps), on the beds there are old nondescript bedspreads, like in stagnant Soviet hotels, the tiles in the bathroom are also mediocre. In general, my wife almost lost consciousness when she entered the room. But then we decided not to pay attention to this, but to pay attention to the view from the window, and it really was wonderful. The windows overlooked the main pool and beyond it the sea.
2. Air conditioner. I read in the reviews when I was driving that the air conditioner is central and it works as it wants. It is not true. Central air conditioning only in the lobby. In the rooms it is individual, but the minus is that it is internal. Namely, the air is taken from him inside the room and then after cooling it, he returns it to the same room. The room has a temperature control for air conditioning. But in my opinion there is no room temperature sensor in it, but there is a timer. When you have chosen a certain temperature, for example 22 C, then the timer will turn on the fan so many times during the hour, if 21 C, then the air conditioner will turn on more often. I came to this conclusion because the air conditioner did not react to whether the balcony was open or closed, but turned on a certain number of times during the hour. It wasn't a problem. Already during the first day, we learned to find the optimal mode and even slept at night with the air conditioner running. On the first day, the cleaning lady turned on the air conditioner and slightly opened the balcony, making it clear that the air conditioner was internal and that in order to receive oxygen, you need to open the window.

3. Service. At the reception and most of the staff speaks Russian. The staff is very well trained and friendly. The only cleaning lady we didn't like at all. Although she created “swans” from wet towels, she cleaned mediocrely. I did not speak Russian, English, German, only Turkish. Despite the fact that she always carried a vacuum cleaner with her, but after cleaning it, the dirt sometimes remained on the carpet. Wife's requests to vacuum well were broken into a shrug, they say, I don't understand. The finished shower gel was so replenished and was not good that we took it with us from home. But it seems that such a person was caught because I asked the people I met at the hotel, they were all right.
4. Nutrition. For this component, you can put 5 plus. The food was always fresh and varied. For 10 days we did not have time to taste everything. In addition to the main restaurant, there is an excellent grill bar, snack bar, where there are many interesting dishes. Maybe there were not 25 types of red fish there, but if someone says that he remained hungry because he could not find dishes to his liking, then this would not be true. Despite ultra all inclusive. Drinks were of little interest to me and my family. Sometimes we ordered white wine and it was of good quality. For the sake of interest, I once took cognac and was very surprised because it smelled of the usual "moonshine".
5. Sea and pool. The sea is warm, clean but deep. For 2-3 meters from the shore, the depth is more than 2 meters. Therefore, for children who do not know how to swim, there are several pools and slides for the state of the water in which they are constantly monitored. We were at the height of the season and therefore there were always not enough free sun loungers on the beach. But the reason, in my opinion, is not in the number of sun loungers, but in our Slavic culture. Throughout the day, towels were “dried” on the beach, the owners of which were either near the pool, or even left for an excursion or in the room. There was even a situation when there were no more than 20 people on the beach, and there was no free space on the beach. After talking with a Turk who was in charge of the parachute on the beach, I learned that 2009 was the first year when Russians were more than Germans in Kalimera Kaya Side. Apparently there was no such problem before. I think that managers will take into account in the future that the contingent of their hotel has changed significantly and will draw conclusions.
6. Animation. Animation is like animation. There were Russian, German, Polish, Turkish animators, so there were no problems with the language. The child liked it. From an adult, I was not particularly delighted. But please note that for me reading a good book is better than any animation. And here it's probably not the animators.

7. Territory. Beautiful, green, tidy, clean, lots of palm trees. I liked the area.
Maybe something and forgot. But I didn't want to leave. And I don't mind coming here again. Although I understand that things can change over time. After all, much depends on the quality of service. But it's up to you to decide.
