The trip from the airport to the hotel takes not an hour, as they say everywhere, but 1.5 hours. On the way back to the airport we drove in general 1.45. Wifi is not good even at the reception. The staff is rude, ignorant of our money, do not care. The cleaning of the rooms is poor, the mini bar was not always replenished, although it is free and should be replenished every day. The toilets on site are very dirty, with trash bins always overflowing and no soap. The pools are clean enough, the beach is also not bad. There were always enough sun loungers on the beach, which can not be said about the pool. Maybe this would not have happened if some tourists did not occupy sunbeds and did not come. Spa is just terrible, both in terms of services and cleanliness, very, very dirty, it smells of dampness. I'll go to the restaurant. . . the dishes are dirty, sticky, chipped on the plates. Breakfasts are monotonous, every day the same thing, there was not even porridge. A couple of times there were even sour spoiled vegetables??? ? Lunches are better, dinners are normal. The ONLY PLUS is a large green and clean area. Now about the most unpleasant. . . daughter caught an enterovirus infection, COXACIE! 3 days before departure, a high temperature rose, 39. one. . . went to the hospital, activated the insurance deductible, $30.... the doctor examined, diagnosed angina. By the way, Turkish doctors never put coxsacks in order not to cause panic, do they need Russian tourists ??? ? they made an antihistamine, put a paracetamol candle, prescribed antibiotics and sent me to the hotel. On the day of departure, my daughter developed a rash all over her body, in addition to this, her husband had poisoning (vomiting, diarrhea, fever). Thank God we flew home safely and immediately went to the pediatrician. As it turned out, we didn’t have any sore throat, it was the beginning of an enterovirus!
