We arrived, we were settled at the reception almost immediately, we were given two panoramas and 1 duplex. The renovated rooms are not bad, but the condition.... it was something: hair, nails, stains on the mirrors, just rubbish on the floor, but we didn’t aim for it, went to the shower, there were a few towels and went to explore the area. Yes, beautiful trees, a lawn, a good water park immediately caught my eye, but it was hard not to notice the garbage, used cups, plates. Regardless, I love the area! Then we went to dinner, it was something! For food like french fries, you had to stand in a huge queue, no chicken or beef, only fish, absolutely tasteless. People are shouting, pushing, snatching spoons from each other to serve food. It seems that the food was prepared for pigs, a viscous smelly mess, we ate mostly vegetables and fruits, they were of good quality. The waiters, in principle, are not suitable to bring drinks, they are not up to it, they clean mountains of dishes. The restaurant-canteen could not cope with a large number of people. It is difficult to find a clean plate, they are all badly washed, they also save water. Cola, Fanta, Sprite poured themselves from vending machines, periodically turned them off and waved their hands that it was broken. More about bottled water: not everyone looks at it, but we have children and we looked at the expiration date. It's overdue by six months! We wrote many times to remove it, because the children also drink it, but they didn’t remove it, but only brought it up in huge palettes! I'm attaching a photo for confirmation! Delays everywhere, watermelons and melons all rotten and decomposed. At lunch, they baked pizza by the sea, also separately about it, made from ketchup, corn and a small handful of cheese, they give out 1 piece in hand, even if you have a family, the queue is about 15-20 minutes. Of all the food, I liked waffles and baked potatoes. Nothing more! Regarding the pools, I personally saw how water samples were taken, but I also saw how from under the ground, there was some kind of tunnel in the morning, a man took off his shoes and washed them in the pool, the next day, they washed the tables by the sun loungers and also in the pool !! ! The water park is good, but there are no lifeguards, the little ones are allowed on huge slides without parents. There is no security! Even the sea was spoiled in this hotel! Slabs, cobblestones, we hurt all our legs. But the limit for us personally was the day when the hotel completely turned off all the water for 6-8 hours! After the sea, we could not swim! We went to the reception already 10 times to ask for action! Russian-speaking woman Larisa, 60 years old, blonde, simply started screaming and waving her arms! Wait, I don't know anything! We realized the gravity of the situation! Where did we go!! ! There was one way out to write, call the person who sold us these vouchers in Volgograd. We bought tours from him for many years, he began to be alarmed, write to all authorities, and the next day we did not believe our luck, we were offered to move to the neighboring hotel kaya side for the rest of the days. We packed up at a run and were taken to another hotel, half of our things were lost, but it was worth it!! ! The hotel was smaller, but it smelled of cleanliness, the rooms are all reclaimed, lots of clean soap towels, mini bar is full, great view of the lake!! ! There are no queues in the restaurant for anything, the food is varied and delicious!! ! We were so glad to get out of the crack called nashira! Out of 10 days, 4 we were in nashira and 6 in kaya! This is heaven and earth! Great service!! ! Everything sparkles and smells!! ! People want people to come back to them, and not stupidly grab, and close next year! You never expect an enemy such a hotel as nashira!! ! My emotions are indescribable! Believe me, you should never eat there! It’s good in the pictures, but in real life it’s hell and hassle for all of them, they don’t care, they are treated like cattle, not like people! By the way, kaya was cheaper than nashira. This is the first time I've written a negative review in years! Nothing good to say other than the area! And the good reviews are apparently sewn by the administration of the nashira!
