I rested in Lake & River from May 23 to May 30.2015. Before the flight, I read reviews about different hotels, and many wrote that check-in does not happen immediately. I was afraid that the same thing would happen to me, but, fortunately, as soon as I was brought to the hotel and I went to the reception, they immediately gave me a room card! I was very pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to wait even 5 minutes! It’s not very good that the hotel was farthest from all the others in this transfer, and I was taken last, but it’s not scary at all if you go by a good bus, in cool evening weather and listen to interesting stories about excursions in Turkey by a nice accompanying girl from Tez Tour! I read about excursions in advance, but her story and answers to my questions helped me finally decide! And by the next day, when I met with the guide again from Tez Tour, I immediately purchased the excursions that I had planned!
On the day of check-in, I managed to arrange the necessary things in the room, along the way I was pleased with the presence of a safe, it was possible to leave valuables in it (although the safe did not work at first, but after contacting the reception, a hotel employee arrived to me within literally 5 minutes - and - cheers - everything worked! ) and had time for dinner, which I was very happy about! Immediately upon entering the restaurant, I noticed a variety of food and drinks! Everything is fresh and tasty too!
Later I found out that the hotel has free wi-fi, in principle, it should be in the 5s, as I think, but again, judging by the reviews of different hotels, this is not the case everywhere! The receptionist kindly gave me the wi-fi password. True, from time to time I had to reconnect, and wi-fi caught worse in the room, but nevertheless it worked, which was very handy!

And the hotel itself is very nice! He is only 4 years old, everything is new, stylish design, good cleaning in the rooms, daily replenishment of the mini-bar, change of towels, the presence of a SPA salon. I would like to talk about the SPA-salon separately. I am glad that I did not go to the Turkish bath (many say that they bring almost to the general one, and charge an inflated price for services), I visited it and had a peeling and massage in the SPA hotel. Raya, a very pleasant and knowledgeable woman, helped me find a package that would suit me. As a result, I liked it so much that I went to the SPA every day for a set of procedures - foam massage + face mask. Masseur Mika has golden hands! I recommend to everyone! In addition, when I got burned, in the SPA they saved my skin with oils, and I don’t know what I would have done without these wonderful people!
The beach, of course, was far from the hotel, but the buses ran often, and I mostly sunbathed in the hotel by the pool! The water on the beach was a bit chilly and the waves were strong. And the pool is clean and there are always juices, beer, ice cream and clean beach towels every day.
The animation at the hotel was on top - all young and cheerful, every day morning exercises, water and step aerobics. In the evening - various shows. Didn't have to be bored.
The hotel has restaurants - Mexican, Turkish and Italian. Guests could visit one of them to choose from for free, which is also very nice.
The hotel area is small but well maintained. There is where you want to go for a walk. Also nearby are many souvenir shops and the ancient city of Side, where you can see the old amphitheater and the Temple of Apollo. Yachts sail not far from the hotel, so if you want to buy an excursion on a yacht, it will be convenient and close.
The photographer at the hotel also deserves attention - in one evening he took many high-quality pictures, despite the fact that we were in a hurry and I was not in a particular mood to take pictures. The pictures I chose were immediately processed in Photoshop and burned to disk.
In general, in conclusion, I want to say that a vacation at the Lake & River Side Hotel & SPA is suitable for both young people and families with children! There are plenty of activities for kids too!
Separately, I would like to note the excellent work of Tez Tour! The transfer is well organized, the staff are polite and attentive! The cost of the tour also included a free trip to the mall! No comments! I will definitely use the services of this company again!
