The hotel, of course, is new for 5 stars, still has not reached it, there are a lot of shortcomings, but there are also quite a few positive aspects. So let's start with the good: The hotel is new, the repair is excellent, but this hotel has a very fast construction period, since it was built for half a year, not a little more, the food is of course super. Chefs try to surprise you with something 3 times a day. For breakfast, they often gave: pancakes, eggs, cereal, balls, oatmeal, a lot of pastries, fruits, dairy, sandwiches, etc. For lunch, a little soup, cold and hot snacks, cake and fruit. For dinner, too, soups, hot appetizers, cold... A lot of seafood was served, as well as various meat products. From 10.00 to 19.00 a woman worked who made excellent Turkish pancakes (for free). From 10.00 to 00.00 there were bars near the pool and the sea, reception. There was also a snack bar from 12:00 to 16:00, delighting everyone with fast foods, salads, and fruits. Almost only Turks and Russians rested in the hotel, there were no Ukrainians there at all. 
Rooms for 5 *. Everywhere renovated. The room has a hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, safe (for a fee) and a huge balcony. There was also a phone with a tariff of 1 min 1$. If you want to have a sea view, you don't have to pay a tip, just look at the guest with a displeased look  . The pool is clean though the water is hot in the afternoon. Near the pool, everything is free (sunbeds, towels, mattresses, umbrellas). It's the same on the beach. There were also three water slides in the private pool (one of them didn't work).
The hotel consists of 6 floors. On the ground floor: buffet, gym, children's room. Slot machines, billiards, Internet - for a fee. Also sauna, bath (hammam), spa salon, (everything is paid except for the bath and sauna). On the ground floor there was a shopping mall with exorbitant prices, so it's better not to buy anything there. There is a large indoor pool and a heated children's pool. I want to note that the hotel was always kept in order and clean. There was no leftover food or utensils. The main animation was practically only in the evenings for children starting at 21.00, and for adults from 22.00 until midnight.

We talked about the good, and now let's move on to the not very pleasant. So the beach when we rested was dirty, and poison from snakes was poured around the edges. There was nothing near the hotel except a construction site and a small unfortunate supermarket. Everything was very, very far away. On the territory of the hotel there was not a single rug on slippery tiles, people fell, in some cases they were dislocated. Like my friend's daughter. The girl on the penultimate day received a severe bruise for two days she could not stand on her leg. I don’t know, maybe they did something there today. There is very little greenery on the territory of the hotel, I think that this is due to the fact that the hotel is very new, they have not had time to grow anything yet. On the territory there is also ONE open restaurant A'la Carte (fish), people who were there once said for free that they had been waiting for 40 minutes, or even an hour until they would bring something smelly. They got up and went to dinner at the buffet, but they were not allowed in because they had already eaten in the restaurant.
There was also a disgusting cleaning of the room every 3.4 days the room was cleaned. Towels were changed once a week, and two small bars of soap and 0.1 ml of shampoo were never changed at all. We had a leaky toilet in our room and there was a huge stain on top. Somehow a plumber came and picked up the pipes and left without changing anything. In secret, I advise you not to take the key to the safe and pay more money for it, because the safe opens with any code. I also want to note for those who love tennis that there are courts there, but I had to wait a little with the equipment.
Well, now about excursions. It is better to take excursions from guides, because it is more reliable and safer (you will be sure that you will not be abandoned anywhere). All excursions are very exciting and interesting. And one more guide will offer you a free shopping tour, I advise you not to go there because, firstly, they don’t trade there, and secondly, prices are twice as high as in bazaars or other shops. If you go on any excursion, you will definitely see the shopping malls.
Here is a clear description of this hotel. And for those who create problems for themselves, they will NEVER find what they want. In this hotel you can have a great rest without noticing its shortcomings.
