At first I did not like the hotel, but gradually you get used to it and you no longer notice small flaws! since we rested at the very beginning of the season, not everything was yet prepared for the arrival of tourists! for example, there was no table tennis, although it was registered, at the reception they only shrugged, but by the end of the rest they put it on and the rackets were paid, not even a deposit, but for a fee! the animation is so-so, boring, but we were warned at the agency! the beach and the sea are clean! the territory, as already described in previous reviews, is small and has little greenery! the transition to the sea is not annoying! the staff is friendly, the rooms are cleaned daily, but in the morning, at 10.00, when we were still sleeping, the maids came, one knock on the door and before you wake up, they are already in the room! There are no signs on the doors, so as not to disturb! toilet paper is not included! about 650 family people came to the May Day holidays, then on May 9, young Turks, boys and girls, arrived, we were shocked by them, of course, on the last night of the Turks’ stay, the gendarmerie was called to the disco, apparently they were afraid that there would be squabbles! at the reception, all requests were fulfilled immediately, the main thing is to ask normally, some of our Russians simply don’t know how to talk normally! Restaurant, food, everything is normal! a la carte restaurants out of 3 prescribed, only one works - fish! the elevator is very slow! mostly only Russians rested! in general, everything is fine, if you do not pay attention to the little things, then the rest will be successful!
once my sister got burned very badly, they took a yogurt from the restaurant to alleviate suffering, but they didn’t let me out, you can’t take food out of the restaurant at all, after a long discussion in English, the security guard waved his hand at me and let me through!
before going to this hotel, we read a lot of reviews, and they were all negative, but since the ticket cost like a 3 * hotel, I decided and did not regret a single minute. I met very interesting people! so people, have a rest with good mood!!!! !
