Went with my granddaughter, she is 5 years old. Arrived at the hotel at 11-30 on June 3, and there the guests were already sitting on the sofas, waiting for check-in. There was no one to leave the hotel, there was a very early bus for those leaving, the rooms should already be free. Why such conclusions were made, but because the administrator offered a momentary check-in for $ 30 or wait until 14-00 (I attach a photo of the most corrupt administrator). I was indignant, in response I heard a threat on raised tones that I personally would be settled after 14-00 and decided to wait, because I forgot to grab a typewriter for printing dollars. Suitcases stand right at the entrance, not only mine but also those of others who came to rest, the administrator does not offer to hand them over to the storage room, walk around the territory, go to the beach or to the pool (as it turned out later, there are changing cabins and showers there and there) , did not offer to go to lunch at 12-30, in general, the administrator turned out to be very "talkative" and "hospitable". They left their suitcases and went without an invitation to the dining room, the child was without breakfast, it was necessary to at least feed him lunch. At 14-00 there are no free rooms, according to the paid contract, they offer a two-room apartment for one night with a shared room with a complete stranger. We were very tired from the road in Moscow, the flight was delayed for 1 hour, I just wanted to take a shower and change clothes, I agree, though for the inconvenience they promised a free safe as compensation (a safe costs $ 2 per day) and a plate of fruit. Who needs this plate of fruit when in the dining room take them as much as you want. Settled the next day after 14-00. The room was standard, though it was cleaned but towels and bed linen were not changed. In the corridor I saw the maid asked to eliminate obvious shortcomings and left $ 1 as a thank you, and counted on further "cooperation", which did not happen. During the stay in this room from June 4 to June 11, the bed linen was changed 1 time, giving out a second dirty bedspread, before that, for several days with the granddaughter, they covered themselves with one bedspread, its size is far from being for a double bed, but the towels were never changed at all. Although I have seen moments when hotel guests yelled at the reception that the air conditioning was not working, I was more fortunate in this case.

It turns out that we are not the only ones who faced problems with bathroom equipment. People are settled in rooms without checking them for suitability for living. Ripped off towel rails, toilet paper holder, mirror. In general, wild horror in a 5 * hotel. The corridors on the floors and in the rooms are carpeted. When they clean the floor, the stink is worth it, as if it were a shelter for cats and dogs. The elevator outside and inside is treated with an agent containing ammonia. The smell is like a public toilet that has never been cleaned.
Near the pool they clean only with a broom, the tiles are not washed, walking barefoot is not safe but not pleasant either. Then you step on something sticky, then on greasy and slippery.
The beach is pebbly and the entrance to the sea is the same. Pebble, this is not sand with small pebbles, but small pebbles and the size of a chicken egg. You go for drinks, you go in: the floor is dirty, the distribution counter is sticky, in places smeared with ketchup, you stand waiting for the bartender. The bartender is always late for 20-30 minutes, he starts to wipe the counter with a rag from which the smell of rotten footcloths comes from. Beer is poured into glasses for the cooler, no more than 2 in one hand, this is not only beer in a limited number, all drinks that the bartender serves you no more than 2 glasses in hand. The queue for beer is simply unscanned, that for a normal man a small glass is 2-3 sips, so they drink 2 glasses in one gulp and again stand in line. The pool cafe works better and cleaner there.
On the water slides near the pool, none of the staff monitors the flow of children, if the parents themselves do not show caution and attentiveness to their child, then it will not be possible to avoid an accident. 3 exits were made, the distances between them are not very large, since the pool itself with slides is not big. At 18-00 the slides stop working (water is not supplied), the children climb there anyway, one boy fell on a dry hill and badly hurt his face.
The animation leaves much to be desired. Animators are mostly girls from Ukraine. For children, round dances to music every day are the same thing. My granddaughter looked at this entertainment 2 times, saying that she was not interested and we didn’t go to the children’s disco anymore. For adults, different entertainments were organized every day, we went 3 times, the impression is not bad.
WI-FI in the lobby area worked intermittently. There is paid Internet, but those who bought it spat. On the day of payment works the next day is gone, some scandals and showdowns.

So outside the hotel, as it gets dark, it is not recommended to go out. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the nearest more or less normal bazaar by bus, the fare is $1 per person. There is a village "sel-mag" or even a mini market within walking distance. There we bought strawberries for $2 and cherries for $3 per kilo.
