We arrived at the hotel in a large company, there were 8 of us, we were traveling with small children and relatives. A separate room was booked for each, but at the reception they told us that they had some kind of overlays, there were no places, and for one day they gave us two family rooms in which we lived for four people. We agreed to these conditions, for the inconvenience, let's say, we were promised to give rooms with sea views. When we entered the rooms, it was not cleaned, some food was lying around, the bed was not made. Of course, we turned to the reception, we were told that everything would be removed within an hour, but this was also not very pleasant. The next day, we were moved to our rooms, everything was fine. However, cleaning was also not so great. Since we had a small child, I asked to clean the room before dinner, so that after dinner we could come and go to bed, but our wishes were not taken into account and generally did not come every day. There is also a very interesting situation that I would like to talk about. . Our tour was booked for 10 days, and when the 7th day of rest came, we were told that we were moving to another hotel, allegedly we had only paid for 7 days of rest. We, not understanding anything, called a representative of the tour operator, started talking to him, he answered us: "yes, you are moving", he was generally some kind of arrogant, angry. I called my husband, he is legally savvy, he told me to call the embassy and call the police. When the representative of the tour operator saw that I was calling the embassy and I was not going to pack my things and leave somewhere, he did not allow this and said: "OK, you stay. " What it was is not known. . the situation is not pleasant and not understandable.....Food, service - everything was fine, we are not very picky. There was no children's menu in the hotel, but I had everything with me that the child needed. The hotel area was normal, there were a couple of pools, the sea is close, however, there were not always enough sun loungers. We understood that this hotel was not of the highest category, so we didn’t have to demand much, but for the money we paid, we liked it. The shop was 15 meters from us, and the market was also not far away. We went on excursions with guides from the hotel, we liked everything, everything was in order. The hotel is not bad, I can recommend it for not capricious tourists.
