For those who are just picking up a ticket, I advise you not to risk it, but for those who have already booked, hope that something will change for the better by your arrival. I decided to write a review because this is my 5th trip on an all-inclusive basis, so I have something to compare with, and before that the hotels were also “3” stars (Turkey, Thailand) and I always didn’t want to leave there, I immediately rested opposite 15 days and could not wait when we go home.

We arrived at the hotel at 13-45, Khaliv at the Reception greeted us very friendly and offered to go for lunch, we refused, because after 10 hours on the road the child was very tired, after 15 minutes we were already settled in a room overlooking the mountains, his and paid. The room is very spacious 3-bed plus an extra bed, always woke up to the singing of birds, and fell asleep in silence. Everything in the room worked. For the entire stay, I turned once to the reception, when I could not open the safe (gave an error), the problem was eliminated in 20 minutes.
As for food, it’s full of it, of course there are queues, the choice is yours to stand or not, drinks are also all sorts of different in huge quantities (the only thing I want to advise mothers before giving fruit to children is to wipe them with a napkin, but rather wash them yourself (this is especially true apples).
I liked the sea, it is very warm, clean, for those who cannot stand pain it is better to walk in special shoes, because the road to the sea is small pebbles, there are no cobblestones in the sea itself, it is very comfortable for children to swim there.
The bars make very tasty cocktails, the staff there is friendly, you can see that they are trying. Animators well done and children and adults. I really liked all the programs of the evening shows for adults, in 15 days we watched 2 different shows of acrobats (blacks and Turks) excellent, the Turkish night was 2 times, I also liked it. - There are broken loungers, a lot of old, torn mattresses with protruding foam rubber (especially on the beach).
- On some umbrellas, the fabric is torn into footcloths, a sight that is not very pleasant to the eye.
- The locker room by the pool, no one cleans up there either and you can’t close it from the inside, the valves are broken.
In the hotel and the store behind it, everything is much more expensive than in the market in Managavt (we didn’t go to Alanya), if you plan to buy a lot of gifts and sweets, as well as some clothes, go to the market and bargain, save a lot.
