Rested from 9 to 18 August in this "wonderful" hotel.
I must say right away that 70% of the hotel guests are Turkish citizens. All the doors and possibilities of this hotel open before them. Therefore, if you want to relax with the locals, then you are here.
It all started from the very arrival. Arriving at the hotel at 12:00 we were told that they would only check in after 14:00, after 30 minutes we were informed that there were no free standard rooms in the hotel (which was paid for) and offered to check into a family room with another married couple who arrived with us in this hotel. Swearing that the next morning at 11:00 the room will be changed to a standard room with a sea view, but this did not suit us and the other couple and we spent the next 2 hours in the battle for the provision of the services we paid for.

By the way, the hotel guide Ismet did not want to help us and advised us to agree with the conditions of the reception.
The clock struck 14:00 and “miraculously” rooms appeared out of nowhere, but the room was not cleaned and had to wait about half an hour to be put in order, later Ismet himself said that such problems with check-in occur with every Russian tourist, since the owner of the hotel keeps standard rooms for his Turkish citizens. Passing by the reception the next day, we observed a similar picture with Russian tourists.
As for the rooms themselves, they are quite comfortable, but not everywhere there are air conditioners and minibars (we were extremely lucky with this). I was surprised that in a 5 * hotel a paid safe is $ 2 per day. Cleaning was carried out once every two days. It was shocking that the cleaners literally broke into the room without waiting for permission to enter. The towels in the room were constantly dirty, even after changing them to clean ones, so I had to go and buy towels for myself. The beach towels were also not particularly clean.
In the lobby of the hotel, for the most part, there are no air conditioners, and where they are, they do not help, so it is not possible to stay in the lobby.
The hotel area is very compact and more or less clean. The pools are clean, moderately chlorinated and even the outdoor pool is quite cool in the heat, but the sun loungers by the pool are always busy. Slides are open 2 hours before lunch and 2 hours after lunch.

It’s good to say about the beach, I don’t even turn my tongue. To get to the beach you have to go through the tunnel and coming out of it on both sides you observe the garbage heap. During the entire stay at the hotel, bags of garbage only increased. The beach itself is sandy only in the area of u200bu200bchaise lounges, and 5 meters from them small pebbles begin turning into large ones. The entrance to the sea is pebbles, and as soon as you enter the water up to your knees, there are cobblestones under your feet. This makes swimming very difficult, given the constant waves (for the whole time the sea was calm for 2 days). There are no lifeguards on the beach, as well as people in general, sunbeds can be taken at any time. A very large number of visiting Turks, as if it were a city beach. They leave their cars on the road and go down to the beach.
A few words about animation. The first two days there were no animators at all. Then, slowly, they began to work off their bread.
The hotel declared paid services: lighting of tennis courts, a la carte restaurants. Let's start with lighting, having decided to play tennis in the evening (when it got dark), we came to the reception with a request to turn on the light on the court (the service costs $ 20), to which we were told that we do not turn on the light. And now about the a la carte restaurant, that's just another story. The hotel is declared as 5 * and it is very strange that there is not even one visit for free, but it is stated that the reservation for one person is $ 15 and they open a la carte only if there are at least 10 people, we were surprised at what the girl who answered us makes a record that they have an economy 5 * and everything is for the money. August 14 was my girlfriend's birthday and we decided to visit the Italian a la carte, having come the day before the birthday to book a table for 6 people, we were refused, but after persuasion that we would pay for 10 people, they gave the go-ahead. A birthday came and around lunchtime we were told that a la carte does not open at all, as the owner of the hotel is against it. But they promised a free chocolate cake and decorate the table, when they came for dinner there was no table or cake and I had to walk around and find out what and where. After a long period of time, they decorated the table for 4 people and brought a fruit cake. And somehow the birthday was overshadowed.
And now about not tasty, about food. First of all, french fries are always cooked for breakfast, lunch and dinner, this is the number one dish. Most of the food is spicy and completely unsuitable for a Russian. Meat is only for dinner in one form, and then overcooked on the grill. The variety of fruits is quite meager, not tasty watermelons (odd for our Astrakhan ones), crumpled peaches and grapes, and terrible melons. Sweets also do not differ from fruits, not tasty and crumpled. It is not possible to eat in the room, as it is constantly stuffy there, flocks of flies. Throughout the restaurant, both indoors and outdoors, next to the tables, a garbage dump on wheels travels and periodically stops near the tables and food is interrupted.

Ice cream is insanely tasty, similar to frozen slime and is only given out for one hour.
From the guests of the hotel you constantly hear about cases of poisoning. And, unfortunately, we are no exception. First, the girl was poisoned by unwashed plums (there is nowhere to wash them in the dining room), and I myself went with burgers at the pool bar.
The hotel is 3* maximum. It is located outside of civilization and you can get anywhere only by taxi (taxi from the hotel is $ 2 per km), there is an ordinary taxi outside the territory near the road. Considering that the territory of the hotel is small, there is no place to walk behind the hotel, there are only roads around. Holiday ruined and money down the drain. It's not worth it.
