IT'S JUST AWFUL!! ! There were four of us, three adults and one child aged 12. The room was given a tiny one with three beds, they offered to put a cot for the child, but if we had put it, we would not have been able to leave the room. The manager is a jerk. She spoke in raised tones. My mother is aged, her legs hurt, and they gave us a room on the fourth floor without an elevator. No one helped to carry the suitcases, so they carried spmi to the 4th floor. Air conditioning and safe didn't work. And a family of two, a husband and wife, were given a two-room suite on the second floor, although they ordered a standard one. The animators woke up two days before the end of the holiday, and did nothing but sit in the lobby. The food is monotonous, the menu does not change, many products are served rotten. The bars smell of (excuse my French) sewage. The only good thing was the bartenders. Kind, sympathetic, smiling. The room is all shabby, there are two sockets for the whole room, one behind the TV (I had to move the furniture to get to it) and the second in the bathroom. There was practically no hot water, intermittently. Pools and ice and tiny. Dirty, smelly and tattered towels, they look about 10 years old. The beach is small and dirty. It is very difficult to understand where the territory of your beach is, and where is someone else's. It had rained a few days before our arrival and all the rooms on the first floor were flooded up to the ankles. Water straight from light bulbs. The cleaning girl is very nice, she made us figurines from towels, towels were changed every day, linen was never washed, just as they were never washed on the balcony. Overall a bad experience, we will never go there again. This was our first trip to Turkey, and probably the last. If we arrive, then only in a very expensive hotel.
