Coral's local representatives and the hotel mislead Coral's office and say the program is working. As a tourist, I don't seem to have much confidence.

I think that Coral should send a person who is responsible for implementing this program to the hotel to see everything on the spot. And if the program works, and the hotel becomes really family friendly, then it would be necessary to remove the disco, which yells until 12 at night with a moronic animator for the Germans.
For three days of our demands to move us to another hotel of the SUN FAMILY program, an attempt was made to move us WITH A SUPPLEMENT to the neighboring four, which was naturally refused. I flew to Turkey for 4 years with another large company of Russian origin, fly with them, at least the Russians do not deceive their own.

The hotel is a typical four, with a dozen villas a la Khrushevka, very small rooms. I don’t know about other rooms, but in my reconstruction it was not. In general, it is clear that the ordinary staff is trying, friendly, but this is not enough to raise a hotel with a bad reputation in the past.
The hotel is located in the village of Kumkoy. Kumkoy in general is a big garbage dump and a supermarket with clothes and typical Turkish goods. I did not find supermarkets and good grocery stores. Kemeru Side loses a lot. Including because of the large number of Germans. Few people speak Russian. Well, they really shouldn't.
Animation is typical for the four. The disco plays until 12 o'clock at night, very loudly, resonates from buildings close to each other.

It is up to you to decide whether or not to go to this hotel, but families with children under 3 years old have nothing to do there.
