We were in Turkey for the first time (together with my wife without children), so there is nothing to compare with, but we believe that the vacation was a success and the hotel deserves those positive reviews that can be found on the site. The choice fell on Maya Golf because they were looking primarily for a club-hotel in Side, where, as they had heard, some of the best sandy beaches were heard. So let's start over)
1. Settlement.
We arrived at the hotel around 8:30 am. The positive thing was that the bracelets were issued immediately, so we were able to go to have breakfast, but the check-in did not work out, either due to the lack of free rooms at that time, or 10 euros in the passport, thanks to which some tourists, judging by reviews, settled immediately. We were asked to come to the reception by 12, at 12 we were told by one in the afternoon, and at half past one we successfully received room 310 (in one of the 2 main buildings). Theoretically, check-in takes place from 14.00, therefore, according to the rules, everything is correct, but humanly, they could have been earlier. Free time until 12 spent on the beach, left the bag at the reception. The staff at the reception is Russian-speaking. Lunch boxes were ordered and received from them without any problems. Twice used the service "alarm clock" - do not forget and call. Cards for towels were issued upon check-in, but at the spa, Venera (an employee) issued towels on parole.

2. Number.
The room turned out to be very cozy and beautiful, clean, with modern design and amenities. In the room: a refrigerator with daily replenishment of water (free of charge), a safe ($ 2 per day), but we didn’t take it and nothing was missing from the room, air conditioning, a small plasma, a comfortable bed (they didn’t hit corners like many tourists , but they are really sharp), an armchair and a sofa, a large mirror, bedside tables. A minus is a small balcony (30 centimeters wide, but you can dry things, so grab clothespins, a rope - if you wish). The bathroom is rather small, with a shower, hairdryer, soap, paper, but shampoo, gel were missing. Towels were changed every day, as well as cleaned, but the bed was not changed during the holidays (but they made the cutest swans and figurines from the bedspread). The key to room one in the form of a card.
3. Territory.
The area is quite small, especially for walking, but very green and well planned. Two pools, one has slides, a tiny pond with fish and a turtle. A bunch of palm trees, flowers, fruit trees grow, so there is where to take pictures.
4. Restaurants, bars and food.

The main restaurant is quite large with seating both inside and outside. Everything is pretty clean and tidy. The waiters are trying very hard, constantly smiling and taking away plates, glasses, sometimes even too quickly, so watch your food)). There is also a bar for drinks. The second bar is located near the second pool, there is a lot of space and tables, so there is always a place, but its distinguishing feature is cozy tables in the shade of trees, where it is pleasant to sit in the evening. Darts are also hanging nearby, and there is a table for ping-pong. There is also a bar on the beach, which after 19.00 turns into an a la carte restaurant, once free of charge. The food is different from the standard dinner in the main restaurant. During the day they offer all kinds of drinks, + fries, hamburgers, etc. , the cakes that were cooked there were very tasty.
The food is excellent, there were always pancakes for breakfast, scrambled eggs + a standard set of vegetables, sausages, sausage, etc. , a large selection of cheeses, various jams / preserves, breakfast cereals for children. A fairly large selection of fruits: always watermelons, melons, plums, apricots, oranges, apples, sometimes grapes. Decent selection of sweets and pastries all day, coffee, tea. The grill worked in the evening: shawarma, kebabs, chicken, fish. In general, we were never hungry, there was plenty to choose from, and most importantly, there were no problems with the stomach.
Of the drinks, gin and beer should be noted - really good. Wine white / red is quite tolerable, vodka is disgusting, "raki" is interesting, but not for everyone. Cola, fanta, sprite in unlimited quantities, as well as various juices, such as yupi, but not so chemical, ayran, coffee, tea.
5. Service. Everyone is very smiling and friendly. They try to help you, although this did not always work out, all the same, the level of the language of everyone, except for the reception, is quite low. Separately from this is animation, we were not fond of it, but the children really liked it, every evening there was a "show time", where there was something to see. There were also exercises on the beach, and it seems to be near the pool, but we were rarely there, so I can’t vouch. They praise the hamam very much and a lot of people signed up for a massage and so on. The territory is constantly cleaned and watered, the beach is also cleaned.

6. Beach. The road there is not at all difficult, about 7 minutes, part of which you walk between coniferous trees, and part - past eucalyptus trees. The beach itself is clean, sunbeds, mattresses enough. Most of it is under awnings and a part of the open air, where you can sit under umbrellas. The sea is awesome, warm and clean, it was always calm in the morning, but in the afternoon a strong wind blew a couple of times, which made it possible to "jump" over the waves. knocked their feet on her, but if you try you can find a place where you can go into the sea on the sand without hitting her. It also offers a lot of entertainment from various "firms".
7. Infrastructure.
There are a couple of shops on the territory, with essential products (chips and every little thing), with textiles, and with leather (they take tourists to their leather center in the city). Nearby is an alley of fountains, where you can take a cool walk in the evening, buy various souvenirs, sweets, clothes. By the way, prices for excursions will be higher, we bought almost everything there. nearby are the Maya World and Belinda hotels. We also took a dolmush (minibus, price 2.5 lira) to the city of side itself, where there is really something to see, both antique places and various shops (although prices are often higher than on the alley of fountains). You can also go to Manavgat, where there are markets and a waterfall.
8. Miscellaneous.
Most of the tourists are Russian speakers, although there were also foreigners. A lot of families with children, but they did not create noise. There was free wifi at the reception. Vending machines with coffee, tea, juices are located throughout the territory. At night we slept with air conditioning, but if you open the balcony, then there are mosquitoes there, you can take a fumigator.
9. Conclusion.
The holiday was really a success, we were satisfied with everything, and therefore we recommend the hotel for a family holiday, or just a cozy, relaxing time. For young people who want an active nightlife, we think this is not an option, although discos were held on the beach, and animators took those who wished to a disco in the city.
