Rested from 31 August to 9 September. In general, based on the reviews, we took a tour to the Maya Golf Hotel HV2, but already on the way from the airport, the guide was “delighted” that the hotel was replaced with Maya World. We were traveling as a family with a 3-year-old child and were very upset because we chose more for the child. In addition to us, there was a company from Transcarpathia, 5 adults and 2 children, on the bus, and the guide said that Maya Golf has been inhabited by Russians since September, and in order to avoid unpleasant situations, it was decided to separate the tourists for reasons of convenience and safety. On September 7-8, we went for a walk past the Golf, but we didn’t notice the vacationers, the pools were without water... Now about Maya World. The hotel is essentially for the Turks, as previously written in the reviews, but it did not bother and there was no discrimination. Approximately 80% of the Turks, once heard the Polish speech, 3-4 pairs of Germans. At the beginning, the Russians were not heard, but the numbers after the 5th were pulled up. The people are mostly adequate, only one Buryat woman (or something like that), drunk, got confused under her feet a couple of times, and one clown after dinner in the lobby bar tried to start political provocative conversations, but he was “included in the ignore list”, he got drunk without interlocutors and went to his room, but that's not the point. So: they settled quickly, the rooms were renovated, the furniture was new, the TV set was plasma with 32 channels, of which 4 were Russian-speaking, but the child still watched two children's (well, we were with him; ))). Wi-Fi is free and catches in the room. The video does not pull in speed, but it is quite enough for a viber. A bathroom without a bath - a large shower cabin, tiles without chips, walls without mold. The linen is new and clean. Cleaned normally, water was delivered to the refrigerator daily. Cleaning was done when we were on the beach, but a couple of times we came to an afternoon nap, so they refused to clean and change linen (the whole day at sea, clean linen) and took only water. They didn’t give a kettle for cooking baby food at night, I had to dial in the lobby bar in the evening. I noticed that the Turks were given rooms overlooking the pool, the rest - the main entrance and the park. From ours, a piece of the household yard was visible and then a park and a golf course. There was no noise, the road ran far to the side, and work in the yard was carried out when everyone was on the beach. Beach: the path to it is 400-500 meters through the park along a paved path. Pines, young palms, eucalyptus. In principle, it’s normal, not far and in the shade, that’s just the feeling of Crimea - the park is not well maintained, dry grass, fallen branches, garbage... There is sand on the beach, ordinary trestle beds and slightly worn mattresses (but they still cover themselves with towels). Large debris on the beach is removed, but almost all the sand and trestle beds are littered with cigarette butts. But this is not the fault of the Turks, but of the bydlot that scatters these plane trees, although there were clay pots for garbage on 4-5 trestle beds. There were no hard drinks at the beach bar, only beer and wine. Plastic reusable glasses were annoying, but frankly dirty dishes did not come across in all budget hotels. At lunch, a snack of salads, side dishes, shawarma, hamburgers and vegetables with fruits. But the dishes on the beach were not collected during the day, but only in the evening. Restaurant: earlier they wrote that everything is spicy, under the Turks and there is nothing. I do not agree - there were spicy dishes, but basically everything is tasty, nutritious. I usually took a grill menu for myself: sometimes wings, sometimes chicken legs, chickens, snacks and vegetables. The spouse was engaged in children's food, but they were not hungry either. . I didn’t like that there was a meager selection of cheeses (in other hotels it was richer) and only mackerel (grilled and steam room) from fish. But sometimes it was delicious smoked for lunch with beer))). Fruits are always watermelon, grapes, apples, pears, oranges. Peaches every other day and little by little - there was not always enough for everyone. Of the strong alcohol in the restaurant and lobby, only gin and vodka are free, and rum and whiskey are already paid (((((. If you see a dirty plate, then take another one... The area inside the hotel is small but green, clean and well maintained. The paths of a Turkish woman around the pool and near the restaurant they scrubbed with brushes. I won’t say for the pool and slides, because I have never been - I went to the sea, I’ll sit in the pool and sit at home. The representative of Anex tour Farukh is normal and sympathetic - he told where you can find what you can, he didn’t pester with buying excursions, because it’s hard to roll out a day with a child. At the reception, Russian-speaking people in almost every shift helped with both Wi-Fi and minor household issues. As for the animation, they are noticeable, but not annoying. On the beach, they organized exercises and tournaments, but they didn’t strain - the collective farm is a matter voluntary. For evening entertainment, not an expert, since with a child there is a maximum of a children's disco and lights out. We walked to the souvenir market (5 min walk towards the Linda and Venus hotels) - I do not advise, a waste of time. The bazaar is large, but expensive and focused mainly on Europeans - clothing models are outdated and without bargaining. In Manavgat, in the Novada shopping center, things are better and 2-3 times cheaper for sure. Near the hotel bus stop number 2 (back number 10). Warn the driver that Navaga, 10 minutes, $ 1 or 3 lira per person - and here it is normal shopping. It works until 23.00, so after dinner you can hit the road - we were satisfied with the trip and purchases. In general, the holiday was a success and the hotel is worth the money. In any case, we did not regret it, we had a great rest and everyone who plans - a pleasant stay and good weather.
