We went to Turkey for the third time (Kusadasi, Marmaris), so the area of Lake Titreyongol was chosen specifically because of the nature and ancient monuments. Because 3 adults were traveling to rest, then they ventured to choose a hotel under construction (the price and location suited them). All the vicissitudes of the readiness of the hotel and the messages of the first settlers were tracked in the hotel group in VKontakte.
We put the rest in Maya in 2nd place in our rating (the first is for a trip to Kusadasi) and were very satisfied. Thanks to the staff and management of the hotel for their constant efforts for the benefit of holidaymakers.
Hotel 4 *, nice 6-storey building, residential 5 floors. On the 1st floor there is a large beautifully decorated hall, at least 60 armchairs and sofas, free Wi-fi. There are approximately 56 rooms on each floor. There are 2 elevators for the entire hotel, the numbering of floors is European from -1 to 4th.

The rooms are not very large: single and double beds, a hard sofa and a bench. Modern TV, well located air conditioner (not blowing directly on the bed), 3 sconces that give little light in the evening. There is a small refrigerator in the closet (water in small bottles is added every day), a safe is paid. When we were brought and placed on the balconies, 2 plastic chairs and a small table. You can dry towels and swimwear on chairs and on the railing of the balcony, or bring a rope. The bathroom is lined with marble, a large shower, a good hair dryer, they change shampoo bottles, a bar of soap, cotton swabs, bathing caps, 3 towels for the shower and face, 1 for feet. There are no bathrobes and slippers.
Placing 2+2 is difficult due to the size of the rooms, but there are about 10 rooms at the ends of the building (semi-circular glazed wall) of a larger area, but they were not yet ready.
The first 4 days the restaurant seemed big to us, but so far the top 2 floors were occupied. The last 2 days of rest at lunch and, especially, dinner, there was a problem with places. There was an optimal number of tables on the open veranda, but the staff had to add another row and it became crowded.
The food is good for lunch and dinner (meat, chicken, fish, vegetables), and the breakfasts are rather poor. Traditional tubes with cottage cheese for 10 days were 1 time, pancakes 1 time. Mostly boiled eggs, fried eggs, and scrambled eggs, which for some reason were mixed like porridge after cooking. Many different varieties of cheese, fruits: apples, pears, grapefruits and oranges. 3 days there were still yellow fruits resembling a plum and that's it. No strawberries, cherries, watermelons, although they are on the market. There is no children's menu or high chairs. Many children were fed french fries.
The territory is very compact: 2 pools - shoulder-deep (one with good slides in my opinion), the second is rectangular 25 meters in length. 2 more small bowls for children. Around the sunbeds, at first there were not enough mattresses, then they brought. Between the pools there was a bar where there were only drinks, along the perimeter of the territory there was an amphitheater, a disco hall, an Iranian pub, an a la carte restaurant (just a few tables under a wooden canopy), which was practically empty, a tennis court and a playground, which should have been completed soon. A small indoor pool and some other rooms on the 1st floor are not finished yet. The territory is green, they tried to save every tree during the construction. In our presence, the entrance to the hotel was paved with tiles, the path to the beach is not yet well-groomed, but everything will be done for a few days.

Go to the beach for 5-8 minutes between two hotels of the 1st line, the beach is small, shared with the Maya Golf hotel. Sun loungers under awnings, while there are enough of them, but there are 4 times fewer mattresses than sunbeds. The bar is also shared. The entrance to the water is not safe everywhere (uneven plates), the sea is clean, there were few swimmers - the water was cool.
I think it's a detailed description. Now some remarks. I repeat that we were very pleased, but for the last two days a certain crowding has begun to be felt in the elevators, in the restaurant, on the beach. If another 30 guests are added, it will be just crowded. You can already feel it on the beach.
When the restaurant tried to leave a few tables for dinner for a group of elderly Spaniards who arrived, there was some tension, because. women with children and full plates simply had nowhere to sit, and a waiter stood in front of empty tables with his arms outstretched. To the credit of the hotel management, literally after 10 minutes everyone was allowed to the free tables. They try to clean the rooms conscientiously, but either there are few employees, or they are busy laundering rooms and objects that are gradually rented out, the cleaning process is very long. Those. at any time from 10 am to 4 pm the room can be cleaned and to change clothes, take a shower before dinner, you need to seize the moment. The staff is very friendly, many speak Russian, they work literally day and night, and vacationers, mostly Russian speakers, see this and are treated with understanding. But still, people, especially with children, come to rest, and not "get into position. " I hope that soon all the services that are declared in the hotel will be provided in full. Have a good rest everyone. Irina
