Hi to everyone who is going to go to rest in this hotel! Just flew in from there. So, I will write about him in hot pursuit. We arrived in Turkey very late at 24 o'clock. We were taken to the hotel and shown to our room. ABOUT THE ROOM: Our room was a standard family room. It consists of 2 small rooms. Living room with two small sofas, TV and kitchen. And the bedroom has one big bed. Both rooms have balconies. One air conditioner. The bathroom is adjacent to the toilet. If you are lucky and there will be hot water (we had it only 2 times in the whole week), then all the water will fall on the floor. They come to clean up every day, but there is very little sense from this. Only towels and toilet paper are changed. Bed linen was changed once. The floors, even if they are washed, are very bad. Constantly dust on the cold tiled cold floor. In the room I found a hefty cockroach and nailed it. Specially put it in the most prominent place,
but after a single cleaning it did not disappear. Upon arrival, I had to hang the curtains myself, which lay on the floor. There is a minibar in the room, in which upon arrival you should have 2 one and a half bottles of non-carbonated water for free. We used the minibar as a refrigerator. The safe was not used. It costs $3 per day. There is no kettle or stove in the room. On one of the balconies there is a table and a couple of chairs. Audibility is very good in the room. There is a TV with 2 Russian channels (ORT and music.
ABOUT THE HOTEL: The hotel itself is not small. Large territory. Judging by our room number 803. On the territory there is a shop with very expensive prices, a dining room with a terrace, a pool in the center and a mini pool with mini slides in the back of the hotel, a small bar and a place where animation is carried out. Guides from tour operators are constantly sitting at the reception (we had AnexTour). But these guides will not help you with anything.

They answer any questions about the service: we know about the problems and talk about it every day and nothing changes. They will only offer you excursions and send you from the hotel on time. By the way, I will warn you that if they promise to give you food on excursions, then do not flatter yourself, no one will do anything to you and will not give you anything with you. The pool is quite big. There are not enough sun loungers for everyone. Basically, they don't even wash. As they stood from the previous day, so they will stand the next morning. The water in the pool is clean, but heavily chlorinated. There is also a place for kids to play. Bring your own towels of course. Meals in the restaurant according to the schedule. Was very disappointed that the dishes are very very poorly washed. Do not be surprised if you find traces of lipstick on the glass or something incomprehensible floats in the glass. In general, the food is not bad with specific tastes. Lots of greens and sweets. There is no meat at all, with the exception of chicken.
Before the start of the meal there are long queues. People start standing 15 minutes before the opening of the restaurant. Because there are a lot of Germans in the hotel, for them all the tables are already occupied and served with the drinks they drink. There is nothing to do with the Russians. We came a little later for lunch and the tables were dirty. Nobody was going to come up to us and clean the board on the table. While we were waiting for the waiter, he served tables for the Germans. I had to take the waiter by the hand and poke my finger on the dirty table. To this he reacted with a smile and took away some of the dirty dishes. We didn't see him again. We had to clear the table ourselves. The restaurant has several chairs for children. But there are many children and not enough for everyone. The bar and restaurant very often run out of drinks and glasses for a long time. There are few tables in the bar. Ashtrays are rarely shaken out. There is an apparatus with gas and water, but this is a powder diluted "yuppie".
And this drink was very often absent. I witnessed that a woman carried food to a child in the room, but no one listened to her and they did not let her out of the restaurant with food. I saw how bartenders pour half a glass of plain water and half a glass of beer, already almost non-alcoholic. How they put ice with their hands in a glass while no one sees. It was very unpleasant to see how well the Germans were treated and how disgustingly they treated our compatriots. As it turned out, ours behaved very cultured and dignified, not to say about some Germans. They drank from morning till night and even got into fights and of course they got away with it. The attendants are not well dressed. Dirty undressed shirts. Pants not washed. Russian language is practically unknown. Animation is not top notch. All in German and Turkish. In Russian, I only heard "Russian catastrophe". There is almost no entertainment for children. The hotel has 2 entrances.
One is central - it closes at night and the other goes out into the street, where the construction of the road and hotels is underway. Walk to the sea for 15 minutes at a calm pace. There are no pedestrian crossings nearby and it is quite difficult to cross the road. The beach is dirty. But sandy. The sun loungers are very dirty and constantly in a chaotic order. Nothing special to eat at the beach bar. Disposable cups and cigarette butts are scattered everywhere. The sea is already warm. Pure transparent. There are shops with clothes on the streets of the district. There are no markets nearby. All price tags are in euros. The prices are quite high. You won’t bargain especially because it’s mostly Germans who rest there, and apparently it’s not customary to bargain with them. Dollars don't roll much. Prices are converted from euros to lira, and then to dollars at a favorable rate for them. Naturally, the change from the dollar is handed over in lira not in your favor. It is better to go to the ancient city of Side by yourself. The minibus costs 1.5 dollars. Entrance to the Colosseum - 10 lira.

It is better not to shop there because everything is much more expensive than on the streets near the hotel.
That seems to say almost everything about the hotel. On the last day of departure from the hotel, they began to rush us. You must leave the room before 12 noon, regardless of what time you will arrive. At the reception you leave your things and wait. While we were waiting for the bus, new vacationers arrived. The ticket was booked 2 months in advance. But as it turned out, they did not have enough places. But the Turks who arrived later were accommodated without any problems. There were many scandals. The hotel manager refused to communicate with tourists. Travel agents offered to drop into worse rooms or to another hotel even further from the sea. To which the tourists refused and resolutely sat and waited. When talking with representatives of travel agencies, where I spoke about all the shortcomings of the hotel and expressed my wishes, they answered me that everyone knows this and cannot change it. I was surprised to hear from the guide that this is a shitty hotel.
And the stars in it are really not 4 but 3. If in Russia they sell a ticket for 4 stars, then guests from other countries are directly told that there are 3 stars. I travel to Turkey quite often. I didn't like this hotel. Although we are not picky. But I have never seen such an attitude towards our tourists. I will be very glad if my review is useful to you. And if you all the same have already gone there, then I wish you a good rest and I hope everything will change there for the better.
