The hotel is absolutely not worth the money. Despite the fact that it is positioned as a five, in reality it is not.
The hotel management does not care about the comfort of the guests: at the end of our vacation, the hotel was obviously overcrowded and could hardly cope with the influx of tourists, it was very tight with free space.
If the sea is absolutely not important for you, and the pool and evening animation replace it with a wave, you can safely go here. If you are one of those for whom the sea is paramount, then I recommend thinking three hundred times before choosing this hotel.

Rooms: the hotel is new and everything in it, respectively, too, but the area of ​ ​ ​ ​ a standard room is definitely not 35 squares, 15 - from strength. On our arrival, some of the rooms were not yet open and, in general, the hotel was being renovated on separate floors. The front desk gave me a room overlooking the pool, but with a terribly small balcony. The bar in the room (as well as the safe) is free: beer-cola-sprite, snacks are not included. Cleaned the room is very mediocre, change of towels and bed, it seems, every 3 days. Forgot to put soap and shampoo. Tipping on cleaning did not affect. Wifi is available everywhere except the beach. The signal is normal.
Meals: everything is cooked very, very well, a lot of delicious pastries and fruits. Food is literally everywhere: in a bar near the sea, near the pool, sweets in a coffee shop. The queues behind them are appropriate. Alcohol is local and traditionally terrible. Freshly squeezed juice was only the first 2 days, then disappeared.
Sea: to go to it for 10-15 minutes, in the heat or with children - definitely very difficult. A minibus runs to the beach, but you have to wait until it is full, so we walked. The beach is dirty, there is a lot of garbage, the hotel administration, apparently, has never heard of sand sifting. Something like a river flows near the beach, which flows into the sea and carries garbage from the city there. Entry into the sea is good, but anyone can get to the beach, because. to the right is a public beach area. The beach is very small, there are a lot of sunbeds, they are very close to each other, there are few mattresses. We arrived at 9:30 and were left without them a couple of times. The toilet on the beach is just 'fantastic': dirty, constantly running out of soap and hand towels. In general, the impressions from the beach are bad: it’s dirty, there are a lot of people, dogs run along the shore (including pocket versions of a man’s friend brought by the Germans), jeeps come to launch boats. Smoking on the beach is not prohibited, there is nowhere to hide from tobacco smoke. We were very disappointed, as a good beach is an important point for us.
Territory: there is no greenery at all, but you can walk along the promenade along the beach.
Animation: in the evenings, guest dancers and musicians performed in the amphitheater and near the pool. I liked the synchronized swimming performance very much. Every evening there were discos and animation for children, I can’t say anything more detailed, because. We mostly went for walks in the evenings.

Staff: polite, but does not show miracles of hospitality: if you need something - call, otherwise your table will simply be bypassed. I'll put it down to the fact that they just can't do it, tk. the restaurant is very big and there are not many waiters. As in most hotels in Turkey, they first serve Germans and others like them, and only then Russian speakers. The staff somehow understands Russian.
About Tez Tour: we originally booked Oz, but 3 days before departure we found out that it was not 70 meters from the sea (as we were told when we bought tickets), but 900. The tour agent offered to rebook to another hotel (Crystal), to which we naturally agreed. But upon arrival, a surprise awaited us: we were taken to Oz, they said that they did not know anything about any changes and offered to resolve all issues with the guide at the hotel. I stand separately on separate guides and I want to thank them: in my practice this is the first case when tourists are really taken care of and help to solve emerging issues : ). Bakhtiyar and Olesya - respect to you! After calling the Tez Tour office in Turkey, it turned out that they had no information about the replacement of the hotel. In general, I had to stay and at the same time find out from the agent who sold the ticket what was the matter. And lo and behold, after 3 days we were offered to change the hotel, but not at all to the one for which we had rebooked, but after 5 days - they nevertheless offered to move to Crystal. But, taking into account the fact that we bought the tour for 11 nights, the move was clearly not appropriate and untimely, we refused.
In no case do not contact TezTour if you do not want to be deceived: as compensation instead of the promised hotel, you will be offered a free tour or fruit in the room, and then they will shrug and say that they did everything they could and offered excellent alternative options (fruit ! Hahah), and you are such bad tourists did not agree to them.
