This was the worst hotel of our lives, absolutely unsuitable for families with children. The first room had a swollen floor with mold. After diligent demands to change the room, we moved to the next one - and there was mold near the ventilation grille. The hotel is an indoor hotel due to which there is high humidity. The menu is monotonous; if you don’t finish it in the evening, they give it to you in the morning in other dishes! There is nothing to feed small children, allergy sufferers, people with gastrointestinal problems! The elevators are constantly breaking down. We had the good fortune to fly several floors in an elevator because of a broken cable. To which the administration did not react at all! There is a mini-zoo with cute animals on site. Therefore, the smell of manure is constantly present. The beach is very small - there are always not enough places!
We had to borrow a sun lounger at 7 am so that the children would have somewhere to sit / sun loungers and canopies are in an extremely sad state, especially the canopies - they are held on by wire and clamps, they are very low and you need to monitor them so that they fall on your head! The towels for the sea and in the rooms are very old, they look like rags! The plumbing in the rooms is old and not working well! In a restaurant, there is always a waiter standing over your soul, who will take your plate of food from you if you turn away. It is impossible to enjoy a meal in peace! In addition, due to the presence of a zoo in the hotel, there are a huge number of flies that attack your food! We often came across dirty spoons, forks, cups, plates! For us, the main problem was the lack of a normal children's menu. The restaurant had a diet table where the food was absolutely non-dietary. As a result, now, after a stay at the Pemar Hotel, we are treating the child.
