Stayed in June 2017.2 adults and 2 children aged 3 and 6, and now in order.
- The first thing that upset me was that there were NO promotions listed on Tui's website. No free laundry (the guide said that they did the action, but they didn’t agree with the hotel), we didn’t see any welcome cocktails, no fruit, no wine. Yes, and there is no 30% discount on the SPA either (((. MINUS.
- We arrived at the hotel at 9 am, settled within 5 minutes, we had a standard room, BUT they offered a family 2-room suite for FREE, which made us very happy. PLUS.

-The sea, the beach is just SUPER, it's just a paradise for children, there are no umbrellas, and sun loungers are under an awning! Children play quietly in the shade in the sand and do not worry that they will burn under the sun! They took the mattresses on the sun loungers themselves, it’s good that they went with their husband and he brought them, and the Russian girls who arrived without men dragged them themselves (((But the “porter” brought mattresses to all Europeans, Russians were not given such an honor. For landscaping PLUS, for service MINUS.
- The pools are good, I saw that the technical staff constantly took water samples. But dirt, dirt, dirt, dirt everywhere by the pools, it’s scary to walk barefoot from the sun lounger to the pool, the tiles are black, the sun loungers are dirty (pooped on by birds, leftover food and drinks), I thought everything would be washed in the evening and everything would be clean in the morning, but no... the tables are dirty , it’s scary to put things (((, and it’s scary to lay a towel on a sun lounger, then they still need to wipe themselves off. In general, MINUS.
- Food and drinks. Juice - Yuppie, it is not possible to drink and does not wash out if suddenly a drop gets on clothes. You can drink alcoholic drinks, beer is not bad, strong alcohol is normal, only dry wine is sour. Plain bottled water is plentiful. The food is a lot of vegetables, it is better not to eat potatoes - chemical puree, from meat only turkey and chicken, 1 time in 10 days they ate beef, fish every day. Grilled (vegetables, turkey, fish) and pilaf (turkey) for dinner every day. Fruits are only apples, oranges, semi-green plums, watermelons, 2 days out of 10 we also saw apricots (almost green, it is not possible to eat) and medlar. For breakfast, if you come later than 8-30, then you won’t get an omelette (namely baked in the oven), or porridge, so there’s nothing to feed the children. Moreover, a week before the holiday weekend (until June 12) there was enough food, and sooo many Russians came for the holidays and it started..... queues, empty containers with food, you had to wait for the cooks to take out something, the kitchen could not cope with the influx of vacationers, it was not realistic to have time to take something from meat (((. Lunch and dinner - ice cream, very tasty! In general, after a week I wanted to howl from this monotony and now I won’t be able to eat chicken and turkey for a long time (((. MINUS
-Kids club. - Does the hotel have a kids club? - Yes, but not for Russians, in general, everything in the hotel is not for Russians. However, in order. Animator Teresa (I don’t know how she works as an animator at all, she’s not agile, she doesn’t know how to move at all, it’s impossible to look at her without tears) - if your child does not speak English or German, then the kids club is not for your child, so we were Teresa said when we just entered the cellar called "Children's Mini Club" (I'm exaggerating, of course, but the meaning was this), so out of about 50 children who rested in the hotel, 5-6 people (Germans) visited the club, the rest were Russian-speaking and Ukrainian children had nothing to do there. But in principle, we were not upset, because we were not going to take our children there, we came to Turkey for the sun and the sea. MINUS.

-Animation. Animators were seen only on show programs. In the evening, first, children's animation for 30 minutes, the children have fun, they dance. Later, the show of the program by the animators (1 day out of 10 invited "stars" came), in principle, you can watch. MINUS
- Turkish restaurant Ala carte. HORRIBLE, ruined the whole evening. We signed up for a week, on Saturday evening we came to the restaurant in a good mood, the restaurant is located on the roof, the view of the surroundings is amazing, there were a couple of snacks on the table, the waiter came up and offered drinks, that was it for us. Then the administrator served food to the guests (there were 5-6 tables), later a couple of families came to us for dinner, they were served, like everyone else, served hot snacks and so on, and our table seemed to become invisible, although we were sitting in the center of the hall with two children. After sitting for 20 minutes and not getting any food, we got up and left, the evening was ruined, the administrator and the waiter saw us off with uncomprehending looks. In the general restaurant and service FAT MINUS.
- Service. This is a separate issue. In a restaurant, if there are no utensils on the table, asking the waiter for them, he will throw them on the table with a displeased face and go on to clean the tables, he will carefully lay out all the utensils on the table for the Germans and smile at them sweetly, and he did us a favor with a displeased face . In the pool bar, in the evening there is always a line for drinks, not only did the waiters bring drinks to the tables for the Germans, the rest stood peacefully at the bar and waited in line, so the Germans also managed to climb out of line for drinks, they simply come up and ask to pour a drink and the bartender pours and “let the whole world wait”, in general, after such impudence, my husband even made a mini-scandal, after which the Germans were sent to the end of the line, and at least justice has triumphed here))). The cleaning in the rooms is bad, they will remove the garbage, change the linen, they will “wave” the mop, even the dirt will not be washed off and they will leave, in 10 days we were cleaned 2 times, they come to clean either at 8 in the morning when we just woke up, or at 15-00 when the children rested in the room, as a result, they leave without cleaning. Leaving for the sea, they left a sign a couple of times with a request to clean the room, arriving after 3 hours the room was not cleaned, so I had to call the reception with a request to send a maid, because of this they caught the evil eye of the cleaners), not very pleasant. MINUS.
Europeans immediately put money in and the servants “lick” it, but the Russians have a different mentality - if they serve us well, we leave a good tip, apparently the Turks don’t know about it and only crap, and after such an attitude you don’t even want to leave a cent. I hope this hotel will reconsider its attitude towards tourists. But I won't be coming back here for sure.

P. S. in June (especially during the holiday check-in), 70% of the guests at the hotel were Russian-speaking, but the feeling that the staff, with all their appearance and actions, showed their negativity towards tourists from Russia.
And a big hello to the Serbs! They are just cool!
WIFI is disgusting
