We rested in PRIMASOL SERRA GARDEN 4* as a married couple aged slightly over forty from 11.06 to 19.06. 2018. This was our second time so we knew where we were going. I liked everything very much. The hotel surprised with the updated design and renovation of the rooms. The territory is large, well-groomed, something is being cleaned and watered all the time. All houses are buried in greenery and exotic flowers.
We lived in a bungalow on the first floor, the windows overlooked the backyard, where no one went, only cats)). The rooms are freshly renovated, all furniture is new, all appliances are working. The surprise was the presence of the Internet throughout the hotel, including in the rooms, although for some reason it periodically disappeared in our bungalow, the signal was good at the reception. All social networks worked (except Viber). Linen is snow-white (I wanted to ask how it is bleached like that? ). From technology, a TV with a bunch of channels, only at the end of our stay we found one Ukrainian channel 1 + 1 (under the number 9002) very by accident, otherwise all German and Russian. Air conditioning, hair dryer and a small refrigerator (although it didn’t freeze very much, but we didn’t need it). Another of the innovations is a key card that starts the electricity in the room, that is, while you are not in the room, the refrigerator does not work. The room is cleaned daily unless you put up a "do not disturb" sign. The linen was changed with every cleaning, only once we did not put $ 1 to the maid, so they forgot to put a foot towel and paper on us... and so they left us a couple of sweets for tea. Be sure to take a rope and a couple of clothespins for the balcony and mosquito repellent.
About food. A very large selection of products, a lot of fresh and baked vegetables, various salads and sauces, fruits were always 5-6 types (watermelon, apples, apricots, plums, melons, cherries, pears). We gorged ourselves on olives and sweets (this is another story!!! ). Every day there was meat of different types (turkey, chicken, less often beef), fish, french fries, all sorts of grilled sausages. In the evening, be sure to grill vegetables and meat or fish. We always ate and even overate, because we wanted to try everything! For those with a sweet tooth, check out Nutella pancakes and donuts with powdered sugar at the bar for an afternoon snack. Delicious!! ! The waiters are very prudent, they really want to please you, you need to make sure that they do not take away an empty plate while you want to soak up a delicious sauce))). Of the vacationers, Germans predominate, then Russians, Poles. There are far fewer Ukrainians. The staff is very friendly to everyone, they always smile, say hello, really want to please.

The sea, as always, is clean, warm, sunbeds have always been free. Entertainment at sea for every taste and budget. In the evenings, the animators entertained mostly in German, but you could sit with a cup of coffee or a glass of beer. We also went to the promenade along the embankment in the evening, examined coastal hotels.
The hotel went to the sauna and hammam for free. But most of all I was pleased with the large pool with clean and very warm water. Every evening something in the pool was cleaned. The sunbeds next to it were always free in the early days, later the people pulled themselves up and after dinner it was already necessary to look for. Since we were without children, the rest of the pools were of little interest to us, but we went down a couple of times on the slides! In general, this hotel is ideal for families with children, there is everything for this - swimming pools, a kids club, animators entertain, and there is food.
We did not go on excursions, since we had already seen a lot on the last visit. There are many shopping malls near the hotel. On this visit, we did not even go to Manavgat. They entertained themselves with "zyring" (shopping without money), until they looked closely and asked the price of purchases. Then everyone bought everything at once, and why you need to bargain, sellers are willing to make concessions if you take a few units or make compliments)). The currency was not changed to the local one, both dollars and euros are accepted on the market. Recalculate the price on the go.
We were very lucky with the carriers, everything was strictly on schedule, there were no flight delays. The hotel guide held a meeting with us on the first day, where he told us everything in detail about the hotel, about excursions, how to act in an insured event. Including warned on the eve of departure to clarify the time of departure and be ready to leave.
Recommended for families with children or older couples, young people will be bored. It is clean, comfortable, safe, the environment is pleasing to the eye. The hotel is in no way inferior to a five-star and maybe better.
