The hotel was chosen because of the water park, because. We were traveling with an 11 year old child. The food is beyond praise! We arrived at 10 am and were seated immediately. The hotel is 85% Germans, 10% Turks, 5% Russians and Ukrainians. It didn’t bother you at all, everyone smiles, greets. The animation is true in German and Turkish, but the staff diligently learns Russian and tries very hard to understand you. Wi-fi (free) we (on the ground floor) even had in the room, many sit in the lobby. In general, no cons were found. Highly recommend!
