The design is beautiful. The food is good and varied, including for children: cereals are different every morning (tasty, I ate it myself), potatoes are not only french fries, but also boiled and mashed potatoes (we traveled with a 6-year-old child).
At the reception, a Russian-speaking girl solves all your problems. At first they gave out one key, then they took 2 more (for free)! Other benefits are listed below.
At one Turkish woman during dinner, the child went for a walk around the hotel (3-4 years old) - she screamed. The entire staff was raised to their ears - the child was found on the 2nd floor, calmly walking along the corridor. So you don't have to worry about the kids. With me, a Russian child was lost, about 5 years old. The boy approached the Russian-speaking administrator, and he was escorted to the room. Conclusion: show the child where to go if he gets lost, and even better, if he knows which room he lives in.

If the booked room is occupied, they settle in a room one category higher - so we ended up in a 2-storey apartment (2 adults and a 6-year-old child): on each floor there is a room (large enough) and a bathroom (also spacious), on each floor TV. By the way, hair dryers are good, strong.
The beach by 5-6 pm is like a garbage dump. They probably pick it up early in the morning. Stuffy in the corridors: there is not enough ventilation. During the rest it was 30 degrees, on the day of departure 36 degrees - there were not enough air conditioners even in the room.
An unpleasant aftertaste was left by the SPA center (went for a massage) - only one definition is suitable - a scam. I do not advise anyone. They are deceiving: they promise a lot of free things (masks, a jacuzzi, 1 free massage - they deceived with him, namely the agitator girl Nargiz), just to sell a package of services (for 5/10 massages). When you make claims - in response: "you misunderstood us. " There are many names of massages, but in fact they almost do not differ from each other (believe me: there is something to compare with). Prices for them are 65 euros, but they are reduced to 65 dollars. Adler in 2009 I did it from top to toe for 700 rubles, with a quality several orders of magnitude higher.
A good impression of the rest was crossed out by the SPA-center. It was terribly disappointing for this discrepancy 5 *. On the massage table, after the client, towels are not laid new, but simply turned over.
I was pleased with the seller in the leather store - Mila, a Russian-speaking young woman from the former Soviet republic. She will tell a lot, show, even advise. It was nice to hear Russian speech, because. for 10 days we met only 3 Russian families.
Photographers, in my opinion, are not professionals. Only good technique and print quality. They will tell you what pose to take (they are the same for everyone), but they don’t take into account that this angle is extremely unfavorable: someone has a second chin, someone has a nose with a knife switch, and they say to children: “Smile, ” but he has no front teeth. A professional never like that will not allow. About prices for photos: all photos on a disk + 20 printed photos with a photo album, a photo in a frame in A4 format = 200 dollars.
