To be honest, before choosing a hotel, I always read the reviews of tourists. Some are too emotional, but the necessary information can always be found. Here's what I'm trying to do to help.
Hotel: Externally, I really liked the hotel, it is new and original. Inside, the impression is lost, the ceilings are low, very stuffy and dark.
The room we were put in was just normal, nothing great. Clean, cleaned every day, bed changed every 2 days. Swans, though they didn’t spin, but we didn’t leave a tip either.
The territory is large, we especially liked the pool for the entire territory and the bridge over it. You can swim during the day without fear of getting burned.
There is an amusement park and a water park, my boys really liked it there. The pools and slides are designed for all ages, so everyone will find something for themselves.
Embankment right next to the hotel. For sports lovers, it’s hard to think of something better, fresh air and beautiful landscape.

Restaurant: What I can really praise this hotel for is its cuisine. Truly everything that the soul desires. There is everything from red fish to donuts and Italian ice cream (by the way, the ice cream is very tasty). In reality, you simply don’t have the strength to try everything - you risk bursting. The service in the general restaurant let them down, well, they don’t care about us. There are a lot of people in the hotel and apparently by September they were already fed up with the staff. And it is felt everywhere. But we are not proud of tea and water and we can go ourselves. The main thing is that everything is very tasty and fresh.
A la carte restaurants: Of course, we took the opportunity to visit the restaurants. There are four of them in total, and we were in fish and Chinese.
- We really liked the fish restaurant, it is open and located right on the water. The waiters kindly offer to feed the fish, which is incredibly popular with children. Everything we chose was delicious and served fairly quickly.
- We liked the Chinese restaurant less - it is located indoors, but I want to sit in the fresh air one evening. The food there is really Chinese, I won’t say that I turned out to be a fan of this cuisine, but as a child we took chicken in sweet and sour sauce and it turned out to be the most delicious of all dishes.
Sea: The sea there is truly fabulous, the beach is clean, cleaners are constantly walking, offering to help with sunbeds. The weather was wonderful, the only thing in recent days the temperature difference was noticeable, in the daytime 32 and in the evening 21. And of course a lot of humidity.
The most unpleasant moments we had were not connected with the hotel, but, oddly enough, with our Pegasus. We came to a meeting with the guide, although by the time of the meeting we already knew everything we needed about him. After advertising all the tours and trips, we made it clear that we have been resting in Turkey for more than a year, we have already seen everything we wanted. And we are not going to travel with a child under air conditioning to the centers. The interest of the guide on this to us immediately disappeared. Like, you're on your own, and I'm on my own. In general, it’s strange to me how such employees are kept at work, it’s written on her forehead that she doesn’t care about tourists.

We decided to go anyway, buy souvenirs, to the textile center - I won’t be surprised if I say that everything is 30% more expensive there. We didn't leave empty-handed though. The service there is rude, everyone runs, they don’t give checks, they calculate something for themselves on a calculator and say the amount. Everything happens in such a hurry that there is no time to really think, but when you start counting at home, it turns out that no one will make the promised discount. Naturally, we approached the guide (of course, I won’t get poorer from the loss of $ 20, but the sediment remained), explained everything to her as it was. Our Julia promised to find out everything and found out, but with the answer she reached right up to the day of our departure (it took 4 days to find out). She said that we can go there again and they will return your amount to us, but you are already leaving, so nothing will come of it. Such is their scam there.
Well, God bless them, most importantly everyone liked the souvenirs and the Turkish delight was delicious. If you take a walk in the evening, you can walk to the market, there are also a lot of all sorts of souvenirs.
Lastly, our Julia lost the sheet with the time of departure, and when asked how to be, she says - well, you know approximately when, what else you want. Apparently, mobile communications in Turkey are very expensive or laziness tortured the girl.
This is the kind of vacation we had. In general, we were satisfied with the rest, the sea and the pool compensated for all the roughness.
To be honest, I will not go to this hotel for the second time, I will look for something else. Last year we were in Mukkarnas (Alanya), and there really is a hotel, service and rooms all at the highest level. There is only one minus, as for us, the beach is pebbly and when the waves are not bought.
I hope my review is helpful to you. Have a nice rest.
