Ужасный персонал отеля, не рекомендую Terrible hotel staff, do not recommend

The hotel is nowhere worse, I do not recommend, they are scammers. We booked rooms through Booking and arrived with three children at night. We previously corresponded with the manager about the number of beds. The hotel staff said that there is no our reservation and they do not work with Booking. Although they immediately debited the money through Booking and there was no free cancellation of the reservation. After we refused to leave the hotel without refunding us our money, they called the police who have them covered. The police could not do anything and we stayed overnight on the sofa at the hotel reception. In the morning the police were called again, some of us were taken to the police station, my friend with the child flatly refused and stayed at the hotel. Many, with whom the hotel did the same, do not contact, do not stand up and leave losing money. We learned about this from the guests of this hotel, they said that in this hotel there are always some sort of showdowns with vacationers and the police.
Booking confirmed that it works with this hotel and there is a reservation. The next day, booking let us know that the hotel itself canceled the reservation, which, as the hotel employees claimed, was not there. These are scammers, they have pulled off this scheme of squeezing money more than once, but they did not succeed with us. Booking barely returned the money, because the hotel itself canceled the reservation, otherwise the money would not have been returned. When it was confirmed that the reservation was, they told us "and what will you do to us"? Brazen scammers. We also received good reviews when booking. Looks like the reviews are fake.
