We were in Turkey for the second time. We went from Coral. Me, my wife and friends with a five-year-old daughter. I'll start with the transfer: the road from the airport took 4 hours. On the way tourists were brought to 8 hotels.
We arrived at the hotel: we were shown two standard bungalow rooms with windows overlooking the road and one small two-room suite. Two-room shallows immediately, too small for 2 families plus a child. The room on the 1st floor is damp, it smells of mold, we got it with my wife, so you can’t put a child there. The reason for the dampness was immediately discovered, the bath was leaking. Constantly damp floor. They filed a complaint. . . A cleaning lady came and wiped the floor. . . They said at the reception that the staff looked, they didn't find anything. . . You need to use the shower more carefully, although no matter how you use it, it's still a puddle. Ventilation in the bathroom is present, but does not work. Due to the 1st floor, you can’t leave the balcony open, and the locks on all the doors work disgustingly, it smells disgustingly damp. The toilet paper holder is located on the left, between the toilet and the bath, at a height of 15 centimeters from the floor. Maybe my arms don't bend, but it's not very comfortable. The balcony door is skewed, the gap above the door is from 0.5 to 1.5 centimeters. My wife had a hard time opening it herself. Cleaned in the room normally, bed linen changed 4 times in 2 weeks, towels every 3-4 days. The phone stopped working on the third day, they changed the device quickly. The refrigerator worked on its own, the logic could not be found. So they were almost never used. Yes, I forgot to write: upon check-in, the porter brought us to the room, brought our luggage, showed us how to use it. He also demonstrated the operation of the air conditioner. After receiving the tip, he ran away. We started to disassemble the luggage, there was a desire to turn on the air conditioner, but an ambush, they did not find the remote control, although they handed it to us at the reception, and the receptionist showed that the air conditioner was working... they searched everything, to no avail. I gathered my nerves into a fist, drank some water from the refrigerator and went to sort it out at the reception. The administrator reacted calmly to my story, said that he handed us the wrong remote control by mistake, and wanted to bring us another one later !! ! Without warning us, simply instructing the Chaldean to pick up a working one, previously issued to us. I did not like all this, and not in vain, as it turned out later. The air conditioner, like the refrigerator, lived its own life, then it turns on, then it doesn’t. You want to cut him off at night, but he continues to work. Horror.
The food is average, there is no variety, every day is the same. Lots of fruit, no meat. Always eat chicken and turkey in two versions. The veal was once in two weeks, and that was not enough for everyone. Lots of vegetables. There are a lot of sweets, cakes, but everything is monotonous and not tasty. Only the snack bar sometimes had delicious cakes. There is no ice cream, they bought a child in the market for $ 2. There is only one bar on the territory: a snack, aka a pullbar. The queues are sometimes long, the staff is different, some bartenders grimace, mutter something in Turkish. I think everyone says what they think of you. Drinks are so-so.

The sea is moderately warm, fairly clean sand and pebble beach. Entering the sea is still nothing, but getting out is terribly inconvenient. Pebbles the size of a cherry, with a wave leaves from under your feet instantly, you have to quickly step from foot to foot, and it hurts! I understand the arguments about the usefulness of massage, but it hurts! On the second day, I bought bathing slippers for my wife, I managed, each time I did auto-training: it's useful, useful... There are really 4 pools. 2 children's pools, 4 meters in diameter, 0.5 meters deep. Both with small slides. For adults, one small pool with two medium slides and another larger one. Sun loungers by the pools, as well as on the beach, you need to have time to take up to 7.7-30 in the morning. Then you won’t find free ones, there aren’t enough for everyone.
Territory well-groomed, green. Lots of flowers, palm trees, cacti, vines and various trees. One minus: all this variety is watered and sprayed with chemicals in the morning. You are lying by the pool, suddenly you smell a nasty pungent smell. Looking around, you notice workers spraying the lawn and bushes half a meter away from you. The feeling is not very pleasant, we could do it at night, or early in the morning, until 7 am.
Animation is good, including children's. Animators 6 people, including 2 girls. The girls' native language is clearly Russian, but they partially speak German, English and Turkish. Although, we must pay tribute, the bulk of the staff normally understands and speaks Russian.
To sum up: very far from the airport. Very old hotel, renovated and does not smell. Good quality but monotonous food. Average service. Good area. Terrible beach. Very few sunbeds. Good animation team. My rating of the hotel is 3*. Definitely not worth the money that was paid for the rest.
