Upon arrival at 20:00 local time, I went to the reception with a slight excitement, as I had read a lot of negative things about moving in. They approached the counter (me, my wife and daughters 12 and 6 years old), politely greeted me in Russian, submitted my passports, putting 20 dollars in my own. Passports were returned without them, we were asked to wait 5 minutes and after that they were given the keys to room 2120. A polite porter took our suitcases with a smile and invited us to follow us. The room was on the second floor overlooking the courtyard and pool next to the spa and fitness center. True, it was slightly blocked by the roof of the indoor pool, but this is no longer significant. The porter explained everything to us about the air conditioning, safe and minibar, asked

He left, having received 5 days for a tip and saying that he would say at the reception and the bed would be brought to the room within an hour (he did not deceive). It was getting dark. Having left things, we went to dinner, because it was already over. On the site in front of the pool, some kind of party like a beer festival began, there was fireworks. But we, tired of the 11 hour flight from Khabarovsk and 2 hours by bus, went to the room. We insert the card - the door does not open! The neighbors who came up advised me to go to the reception and remagnetize the card, saying that this happens. I went, remagnetized - the door does not open. A paraphrase of a well-known rhyme is spinning in my head: “I’m standing at the reception in shales shod, either the card is buggy, or I’m... starry. ” It turned out the second. The card had to be inserted not with a large arrow on the back, but with small ones along the end, which were found upon closer examination. Hooray!
The door is open and on time - a young boy brought and put the bed, got $ 1 for a tip. Slept like gophers (time difference 7 hours).

We woke up at 6 am and went to the sea, along the way taking a sunbed by the pool. Speaking of sun loungers - at least in the morning, at least in the afternoon, you could always find a free one. At the sea at the peak of free sunbeds was 1/3 of the total, despite the fact that the hotel was fully occupied. The whole family swam from the pier, the youngest in armlets, the children still loved to lie in the surf on the sand, so the famous stove did not cause any inconvenience.
The air temperature is from +28 in the morning to +35 and above during the day, so in the early days we periodically sat out in the room under the air conditioner. The next day after the arrival, we met with representatives of Pegasus. They told us everything clearly, offered excursions, emphasizing that accidents during excursions from Pegasus are covered by insurance, unlike "wild" agencies.
You can be ironic about this and say that this is Lokhov’s wiring, but we already had a sad experience in 2003 (we returned to the quad safari after dark and my wife almost flew into the abyss from the wedged steering wheel on the ATV. They didn’t fly to Israel - leaving the children alone for two days, even though they are independent with us, didn’t dare, and the whole family for $ 399 from the nose is too expensive, especially as always all excursions “gallop across Europe”. From the reception they always called an hour before leaving for the tour and warned us, although we did not specifically ask for this. The rest, such as hammam and rafting, were taken from Nuri on the way to the beach. In total, we spent about $ 1.200 on excursions. They took $3.000 with them and brought $1.000 home.
We didn't buy much other than small gifts. The resort area, prices are about the same as ours and it makes sense to drag rags over 8000 km. I do not see. There were no complaints about the hotel guides, from 10 am to 8 pm one of the three was always there.

Now about nutrition. The dining room is full of food for every taste, you won’t stay hungry (this is putting it mildly - in the first days of eating). Beer and spirits from 10 am, light beer, you drink like water. They say Russians drink a lot. But how the Poles are "recruited" - we are far from them. I didn’t particularly suffer from local strong drinks, because I grabbed a couple of liter whiskey and a liter of tequila from duty free, enough for the whole vacation. Yes, and I took communion only in the evenings after dinner in the coolness of the air conditioner with cheese and olives, which I grabbed from the restaurant. In the restaurant and nowhere else, except for the lobby bar for cocktails, I never saw queues, I found a table right away. If he was not removed, he called the waiter and everything was done within a minute.
If the table was clean, but there were not enough forks or knives, he went and took it in the closet and did not sit like a king and did not wait to be brought. The waiters work like bees and there is no need to “crush a loaf” on them. This also applies to all service personnel. The cleaning lady cleaned every day, changed linen and towels every three days, made pigeons out of sheets. On the very first day, I explained to her on my fingers that we would live for 10 days and gave $ 10 for a tip (there were no small ones). My wife began to grumble that this is not done, I would give it later, but I said that let a person know what he is trying for and not guessing: he will not give... The minibar was replenished every day (4 juices, 2 small mineral waters and 1.5 liters of water). Shared toilets on site and in the building are clean. The pigs themselves are tourists and not only Russians. In adult pools, the water is very warm and practically not refreshing. The time of the slides was enough for me to ride. Everyone is right about the children's pool.
The youngest got conjunctivitis in the first two days after bathing, but we took a first aid kit with us, which contained almost everything, washed her eyes and instilled eye drops three times a day and everything went away. Good miniclub. I once sent the youngest there, then she asked herself. Girls-educators with children play, draw, make paper crafts. At 15 o'clock they took the children to the pool, then for free ice cream. A good children's playground, the youngest asked her to take a walk there every evening, because we did not let her go out of harm's way alone. With pleasure I went to the mini disco for children in the amphitheater. I needed all this animation like a hare speedometer, route-sea-lounger-pool-restaurant-excursions, so I can’t say anything about adult animation. We went to restaurants a la carte Ottoman, fish and Chinese (purely neighing. We are from the Far East, from Blagoveshchensk, China across the Amur, so we understand Chinese cuisine).
I liked the Ottoman and fish dishes, but what was served in Chinese - if this is Chinese cuisine, then I am the Japanese emperor! But it's not their fault, the Chinese are not there, the Turks are cooking and, probably, they have little idea what kind of animal it is. On the way to the beach and near the issuance of towels, delicious cakes were prepared from 12 to 17 o'clock. Photographers walk around, but do not impose anything. They filmed the children - they said that it was free, in the evening they offered to come up and see small photos. If you like it, you order large ones for $10. They took two. There was a small joint on one, they redid it, apologizing. I also want to talk about the artist. Somewhere in the recall he was criticized, they said that he draws a person who does not look like himself, so I will say - this is a FALSE! Talented guy, I ordered portraits of both daughters for $60 each, and did not regret a single $! He painted just great, his friends admired and regretted that they didn’t have him in the hotel! This is a memory for a lifetime!

In general, everything was good.
Time flew by unnoticed and 9.08 had to leave. Getting up early in the morning, we went to the sea for a swim, walked around the territory with a video camera, took pictures, had breakfast, and at 8.45, accompanied by a guide from Pegasus, we left the hotel for the airport.
