The service is wonderful, there have never been any problems) the cards are changed if you lose, everything is always fixed in the room. almost everyone understands Russian, although I myself am from Ukraine and I know English. . . that is, there will be no communication problems. I can’t say about the pools, I never swam, but about the sea, the entrance really didn’t always come from the pier. We were at the end of September at the beginning of October, the sea was warm, but very hot. And if you still want to go from the shore, then you need special shoes, which you can even buy there. not enough stink river! when you go to the beach it’s not very comfortable (it doesn’t stink a lot), but this is not a problem, a normal bridge on which you cross it and immediately forget it. . although the kids like it, always when the kids passed, they stood with rolls and fed the fish, but you need to be very careful for those who have children so that they don’t fall there because there are holes in the bridge. animators are great! decent animations in the evenings! there is something to compare with since it is not the first time in Turkey! But I can’t say anything about children’s entertainment and animations, since we went without kids. You need to buy souvenirs and Turkish delight you leave the hotel, cross the road and many shops. there are no problems at all with this (just don’t forget to bargain : )) the only thing that I didn’t like was that there are a lot of Russians and not just Russians, but sorry cattle. . . there were couples and people with whom there were never any problems. And there were bulls who ordered vodka for themselves and poured it into bottles from under the water and fought with the waiters. All the same, you didn’t come here to get drunk, but to relax, there are a couple more stories. But there's nothing you can do about it. . . And in general they were satisfied, to whom a family relaxing holiday and at a cheaper price is here!
