We arrived at the hotel at six in the morning. Check-in was fast and without any extra charges. We didn't wait until 2pm. The first impression was pleasant, but not long. After reading the reviews for 5 stars were not prepared. The room was supposed to be overlooking the garden, they gave room 519.3rd floor, with a view of the mountains, hotels and the road, we were not going to change, the sun is only in the morning, cars do not drive, they fell into the lockdown period, in principle, the norms. We looked around, decided to rest after the road and before breakfast. Here we were waiting for the Surprise!! ! On the decorative pillow that was lying on the bed, some kind of insect was crawling !! ! KAPETS! THIS IS BUGS! I know what they look like, it's a nightmare!! ! Naturally, the photo and video was taken instantly. In seconds, they had time to bite. We, as cultured people, did not shout or quarrel. At the reception they looked surprised and gave the keys to another room. And then another surprise! We go into the room, and people live there! Actually a jerk!
Again at the reception they made a surprised look. They gave a new room, in which everything was turned upside down when viewed for the presence of bedbugs, they are not. Oh Gods! You can rest! The rooms have: kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, disposable cups, air conditioning. In the bathroom: soap, shampoos, hair conditioner, gel, body lotion, hair dryer (very tired), 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels, 1 foot towel. Cleaning every day, even with a dollar or without. Towels and sheets were changed with every cleaning and replenished with coffee, tea and bathroom amenities. Of course, the dust was not well wiped off. The hotel is not small, but the territory is small, +16, no children. Many people from Europe, of different ages. In terms of peace and quiet, everything suited us. Because of the lockdown and Ramadan, there was no entertainment. Beach towels are issued, but each replacement is a paid service)).
