The first time we bought 2 tickets from August 12 to August 18.2013 and went from Yekaterinburg to Turkey for 7 days. Travel agency offered the hotel "Life" - Life. The ticket cost 25.000 rubles per person. We paid 50.000 rubles. The plane flew for almost 5 hours. We were met by a guide and sent to the bus. We took the bus to the hotel. The lobby of the hotel was quite civilized. With a guide we were not settled. The guide replied that they would settle later and left to deliver other tourists to hotels. After the absence of a guide, we realized that the staff at the reception did not speak English or Russian. We were given a room on the first floor. Glass front door, windowless room, the room smelled terribly of dampness and mold. Due to the wetness of the 2nd floor, water dripped from the ceiling in the toilet and in the hotel room. The floor is tiled. The floor was dirty. Apart from a linen closet and a small table, there was no furniture or household appliances. We decided that we could spend the night, and in the morning we would ask for a better room.
In the evening we went to dinner. There were not enough plates and cutlery for all the guests. The hotel staff washed plates and cutlery very badly. Pieces of food remained on the washed plates. The employees did not allow to wash the dishes themselves, as they did not let them into the territory of the catering unit. Dirty, but washed plates and cutlery, we wiped with a napkin. The food leaves much to be desired. Noodles in the evening, rice in the morning, noodles and rice in the afternoon. On the sixth and seventh evenings, noodles and rice with a sour smell. Chicken was brought and given out to vacationers standing in line only to those who would get it, since it was fried little and there was not enough of it for everyone. Unripe fruits (oranges, apples and plums) were also given out. After eating from the tables, the hotel staff did not clean the dishes for a long time, so we had to eat with dirty dishes. After eating, we took Mezim Forte tablets brought with us so that there was no loose stool.
What I liked about the food was that for the entire stay at the hotel they fried meat twice, tomato salad and khachipuri cooked on a fire.

Alcohol was poured in the bar. Wine, whiskey/cola, vodka/sprite, beer, Rackley. Tea and coffee can be poured independently in the machine. There were also not enough glasses for alcohol, so you had to wait and a long queue formed. If you want to drink alcohol, wait 40 minutes.
An employee of the hotel broke half of the tray of glasses, which partially fell into the pool, after which everything was removed near the pool. The glass that fell into the pool was taken out with a net. The water in the pool was not changed after that. Also in the afternoon, in the kitchen of the hotel staff, a blockage appeared in the sewer and the sewer pipe was torn out. All the water was in the dining room. The smell was excellent. Part of the water got into the pool. Within 3 hours, the staff cleaned the spilled water from the sewer.
Every evening, the hotel staff opens the sewer valve and releases water from the pool and at the same time turns on the water by adding bleach and blue. In the morning they close it. This is how they change the water in the pool.
The next day we decided to change rooms. I repeat, at the reception, no one understands English or Russian, so I had to explain on my fingers. We also turned to Ibrahim, who understood Russian and worked for them in the store and in organizing excursions. He replied that he had spoken to the owner of the hotel and the owner demanded 20 lira for a change of room. We gave 20 lira to Ibrahim. In the evening we were changed to room 535 on the 3rd floor. The room is clean, there is no smell. The TV did not work, the air conditioner worked as a fan, but did not cool, the hair dryer did not work, there was no shower and water dripped onto the floor in the bathroom. Ants ran across the bed. The room was not cleaned and the linen was not changed. Fortunately, the water in the shower was hot, cold and the sewerage ladder worked properly.
All the staff were dressed in whatever they wanted, but everyone was friendly and smiling. If they forbade something, they could not explain in Russian why. For example: there are no glasses to pour beer, they said no, you can’t! , but the vacationers did not understand them and were offended.
The hotel was mostly Turks and Russians. The Turks were very fond of children.

The music during the day is mainly Turkish, in the evening they included public music. There was no animation at all, so the people at the disco did not dance, but sat and drank beer.
After three days of our stay, a guide appeared who explained to us that the hotel has a beach of 3.4 km and the bus goes there only in the morning to take away and in the evening to bring you, so we did not go to our beach. We went to a strange beach. All sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas - for a fee, so we took with us a blanket that we brought from home and lay on them. Only then did the guards of other people's hotels not kick us out. The beach is sandy and good. The entrance to the sea is flat. The sea is beautiful, blue, warm. The waves are big and gentle. You lie on the waves and swing. I don't even want to swim. All day I would swing on the waves, you can’t compare with the Black Sea, where it’s better not to go into the sea with the same waves.
As a result of the trip, we can conclude that the hotel "Life" in the translation of Life is the hotel "SURVIVAL". And in this horror I do not advise you to visit. The coolest part of our trip is the sea! The sea is amazing!! !
