Only this morning we returned home from this hotel and I can’t help but leave this review, although I have never written about hotels where I have been or about trips before . . But this is a complete disappointment instead of a great vacation.
It all started with the fact that the travel agency offered us several options for hotels, and this one turned out to be the most "cool" according to the photo and reviews - 5 * - ultra all inclusive - not a hotel, but a fairy tale. Since we were traveling with a child of almost 4 years old, children's animation and entertainment were one of the important aspects, as well as a convenient beach, but more on that later . .
So, we arrived to settle in - the hotel is new, beautiful, you can’t say anything. An hour later we were given cards - the keys to the room and we went to check in. The rooms are as in the photo - there are no questions, but the view from the window was gloomy to say the least . . some kind of wasteland, barracks and a la parking in front of the hotel right on the grass... Well, what to do - we went to the reception to see how usually agree to change the room for 10-20 ye (which in other hotels never caused problems) - it was immediately stated that they would change if the amount was . . umm 100 ue . . that is, 10ue for each day . . Already unpleasant , but oh well - we decided, of course, that we would get by with this view, but it was only the beginning!

We changed and decided to go to the beach - but how to find it? After asking the guide - we were told to go out there (showing your hand) and straight ahead . . or by bus that runs often. We went . . the bus brought us to the bridge . . and there are a lot of separated beaches for each hotel. . and we didn’t immediately understand how and where to go and where OUR beach was . . well, again . . it’s unpleasant that no one bothered though for the first time to show where and what - but we didn’t think critically, but a bunch of such minor flaws kept growing . .
The beach was short in width, let's say, but the sea is clean, warm and a good entrance to the water is the only plus of this beach, but not the merit of the hotel in general . .
During the first two days, it turned out that there was no animation as such at all - and it's okay that there is no adult, and the child has nothing to do - two certain young ladies who do not speak Russian, and do not particularly strain to do their duties. I say this because I know what animation should and can be and the fact that it was not here, not only we complained, but other tourists came up and said that in other hotels there is music and dancing and aerobics on the beach, but we have tee -shi-na... It's good that the weather and the sea were excellent and the child and I tried to be there to the maximum, although even here it was not without a spoiled impression. The hotel is 5 * - straight super duper ultra all inclusive - and food 24 hours and drinks both local and foreign... yeah, now . . the beach bar opens at 10.00, and the food in it appears only at 12 , 00. . that is, my child after breakfast wants to eat at 10-11 o'clock - and there is nowhere. . because the beach is far from the hotel - you don’t like the heat with a child. . and there is not even fruit on the beach at the bar at this time. . . and we with this super hotel ate buns and apples from breakfast in order to feed the child at least something . . Speaking of fruits - for all 10 days we saw watermelons, melons (unripe and green) apples and oranges . . and yes, one once plums and EVERYTHING! ! No nectarine peaches, no apricots, no grapes with bananas - there was just an amazing variety ! ! So, after dinner on the beach - at 16-17 o'clock the child wants to eat, but nowhere else . . the bar is open until 16.00 and exactly at 15.55 they take everything clean in front of your nose, and if you want to eat - go back to the hotel. I’m not picky about food at all and I don’t come to eat, as it were . . but such an attitude is actually amazing, what kind of all-inclusive is it, when in reality everything is completely different . .
Do you want ice cream at the hotel? ? Well, well . . it is from 16 to 17.00 near the hotel and that's it! Those who are on the beach at this time - like not at all in business. We ate this ice cream once when we came back to the hotel specifically for this at this time (it was tasteless by the way . . ). The same applies to slides and a children's room - everything is by the hour, although we rested that year in Tunisia at the Bella Vista 4 * hotel and everything was available there all the time throughout the day - ice cream and animation and slides, etc.

Evening animation is such a parody of entertainment that there were actually no people there . . boredom in general.
A bar with foreign-made drinks - yeah, it says bacardi rum, martini, etc. on the menu - I say give me bacardi, as it is written or the French Napoleon declared by the bartender - naive, hands me some kind of indistinct local bottle. Here are your drinks - local burda!
Let's go back to round-the-clock food . . we had an early excursion, we came at 3 o'clock to have a bite to eat before leaving, and there the food left from dinner, which is taken from under our noses right there - which, in general, is typical for this hotel as I understood. If dinner is before 22.00, then by 21.30 half will be removed and the rest will be taken away with you - it doesn’t matter, but again, it’s unpleasant. Plus, half of the dishes are clearly stale sausages, pasta and vegetables that have not been eaten in previous days...
Room cleaning is a separate issue! On the first day they left a tip - no one even swept the number!! ! They didn’t leave anymore . . what’s the point? Were cleaned badly - the linen was changed once in 10 days, the table in the bathroom under the mirror never !! ! no one wiped it even for all the time - it was so divorced and stood from the water . . the towels were changed if only they were kind of dirty. Bar in the room? in other hotels I read fanta and cola and beer and water - there are 4 tiny bottles of water and two bags of juice. Moreover, if we brought the water ourselves to the refrigerator, no one reported it... and the juices were still not drunk... no one put new ones and did not change these . .
The balcony, or rather the table on the balcony was cleaned, and the floor was only swept a couple of times in 10 days . . it is also clear that the 5 * hotel . .

A la carte restaurant - want to make an appointment? Then go every day by 9.00 because you can’t sign up in advance for a few days, and after 9.00 everything is busy - and the appointment is only the next day, and which of the restaurants will be tomorrow, you will also find out only upon arrival... So in the queue and stood - chuckling among themselves that they had come to the hotel to stand in line to get into the restaurant . .
And this is all only in brief - there are many more unpleasant nuances and moments, so it's up to you to go or not . .
Now, of course, there may be resentment that I came here to show off - but I can say this, this is my opinion, which has developed from many factors, and in comparison with other hotels and trips - we were very disappointed with this hotel . . and now we will hardly go to Turkey. If you like or liked this hotel - I'm only glad, and we don't take another step. . .
