We rested in October 2010, let's start with the fact that it would not be right to give any stars to this hotel, this is not a hotel, they are called a boarding house in Turkey or something like a motel in ours.
The settlement begins with the fact that you are taken to the so-called economy rooms, they are located under the canteen, this is something like a solitary confinement, without exaggeration, there are no windows there, only a glass door, dampness is an understatement, water literally flows along the walls, mold and fungus on the walls (see photo), there is practically no sunlight, the air is humid like in a bath, then you are offered a better room, but you need to pay 50-100 dollars. we tried to argue, called the representative of the Odeon Tour (aka Coral) Elena Rublenova, but she took the side of the hotel and began to persuade us to pay an additional 50 dollars, then she ran away altogether. In general, we were given another room at no extra charge, not much better. Cleaning - they cleaned even when they did not leave a tip. Nutrition - consists mainly of: pasta, rice, vegetables, olives, occasionally mushrooms, meat and fish do not exist. tea is intermittent, cups of soup plates are in short supply, we then realized that soup can be poured into beer glasses, dinner starts like in the army - first grandfathers (food peddlers, bartenders and dishwashers) pick up their own food, which is better and start eating it, and we (the spirits) stand in the aisle and wait for the godfathers to eat, only after that they let us in, after 15-20 minutes. only olives, cabbage and some other vegetables remain. Vacationers against the background of hunger become irritable, swear among themselves. about the attendants6, such an impression is created that the owner does not pay them a salary and burns it all with fire. they give a sunbed, on the second day we found a free beach with sunbeds and mattresses (if you stand with your back to the gendarmerie, a little to the right), even if you ask - say "Sun Beach Hotel" there is also a not bad East Beach beach, from the side of the ancient city, we were mostly there, it is not much further than the usual beach, but there are ten times fewer people and more waves. if you look, you go through the whole ancient city, past camels, you often come across turtles along the way.
about the city: they are mostly Germans, 10 percent are Turks and very few Russians, the beaches, unlike Alanya and Kemer, are sandy, the sunset is excellent, I highly recommend it to those who cannot swim.

The result is this: I highly recommend Side as a resort, about the side point, take the cost of the tour, add 50-100 dollars there. which will be downloaded from you for any, plus food, unless of course you decide to lose weight and think twice whether this hotel is worth your nerves.
I don't know why companies like Pegasus and Coral cooperate with such hotels.
