For those who do not like to read long reviews - you can’t go here with children, and, if possible, find another hotel yourself - the whole family was poisoned and all conditions are created in the hotel for this.
And now in order:
I can't call us picky. We have been abroad more than once, in the same Turkey countless times in hotels of various (! ) categories, that is, there is something to compare with. And the rating of the hotel is quite objective in our opinion, unlike reviews like `2 points, because whiskey is not included in all inclusive`, etc.
1. Hotel location
Very close to the hotel there is a market where you can buy souvenirs, clothes, sweets, spices and other rubbish; there are also several restaurants, pharmacies and tourist offices.
To put it mildly, far from the sea - well, not at all 300 m, as promised, although if you measure from the corner of the `territory` to the edge of the sea in a straight line, it will.

In fact, the `territory` is overgrown, I don’t understand what a wasteland along which a snake winds a path to the sea. She passes by a stink river (the definition is taken from other reviews on other sites), in which, in addition to fish, ducks and turtles, ordinary rats are found. No, the photographs are indeed the same hotel, but this is where the developed territory ends!
2. Beach
The hotel does not have its own beach. Nearby is Meritim - his beach, and from Desire Beach there are two rows of green umbrellas - that's it. Beach - sand - fine and neat, but dirty (somewhat reminiscent of the Black Sea coast in high season). The main problem is that in this very place, where there should be a beach, that very `wonderful` river flows into the sea. And its charm is that sewage channels flow into it near the lying hotels - Meritim, Desire Beach and Hame club. In addition, its water is so cold that the coastal meter of the sea is very cold, and deeper - the usual sea temperature.
3. Service
Our whole journey began in a standard way - the guide from GTI immediately reminded us that `it is customary to leave a tip - it speaks of your upbringing`. It's unpleasant, but figs would be with him. But!
At the reception, papers to fill out were given in Turkish, and in broken English, with an air of a huge favor, they explained each item, although there were empty similar papers in English nearby - well, they don’t like Russians - we don’t like to tip for the most part : ) Further our things were lifted into the room (two suitcases on wheels: one with baby diapers, and the second with toys - light in general). The key didn't work, the `begman` ran away - changed it - opened it - let it in. We didn’t have small money - we didn’t have time to exchange it, but to give 100 bucks - you yourself understand. And we wouldn't have offended - would have given later in the day, as we did with other staff; but then the following happens:
- thank you - I say

realizing that there will be no tea, he turns around, takes the key from the cell (despite the fact that we were given only one for the whole family) and runs away slamming the door! We are shocked - without a key in the room the electricity does not work (no air conditioning, no mini bar, nothing). The husband goes downstairs (4th floor), he is given a key, which again does not fit ...In general, he had to run for a long time so that we fully settled in the room. And here's a surprise - it was necessary to get very clever so that the card always worked, at first they poked 5 times, later - they got the hang of it : )
Other staff is less hot, but few people understand English (moreover, supplemented by gestures - `surdo translation`) and literally know Russian in a couple of phrases - `yes / no / hello / bon appetit / come to me`. They only speak German and Turkish.
4. Nutrition
This is where you should `savor`. The choice is rather modest, that is, it cannot be compared with the usual 4 * in Turkey - it is practically non-existent - this is from what is on display.
But they expose a lot of inedible things in the literal sense of the word: spoiled, a lot of daytime, sour, etc. I explain: for example, boiled potatoes were cooked for today. Everything that is left uneaten for dinner will be offered again, but perhaps with some other sauce. If there is left again - it does not matter - for tomorrow's dinner you can make a wonderful puree from it, fry it or add it to a salad. I'm not talking about desserts. It’s easier there: if a piece of cake of an incomprehensible shape remains for lunch, they trim it, decorate it on the sides with cream and fruit, and again offer it for dinner. The cut sausage stood for 2 days, on the third it was cut, fried and onion (raw) was added - why not meat ?!
But this does not matter either - watch carefully, smell, try before giving to the child, but even here they exceeded all our expectations. On the street near the pool there is a cooler with a bottle of water from which children take water in bottles, well, they drink it themselves.
So, when they ran out of cylinders (although not a fact), they poured ordinary tap water into one of them - it smelled wildly of bleach - almost from the pool : ) We decided not to risk it and bought water at the market - we bargained for 6 bottles for 3 bucks - regular customers no matter how. And the hotel gives water only upon arrival - one bottle of 1.5 liters per room.

the children's table is something. A choice of 2 dishes, one of which is always spaghetti, and the other is more often small dumplings spicy to disgrace. And even for breakfast in the whole hotel you will not find oatmeal on the water ...
5. Pool
In the first days of our stay it was raining and we wanted to swim in the indoor pool - it is located on the `-1` floor. Went down.
There, the Turkish workers smoked and played cards - honestly, I didn’t want to disturb them and disturb their peace, but we still asked to show us the pool - it’s something rather small (3X7 by eye), shallow (we didn’t go down) and besides we were delighted: there is a pool, but since it is summer, no one is going to clean it. But we were told this by looking at a small child (2 years old), and for those who are after the bath - please, and cute faces.
As for the outdoor pool: it is a regular one, 1.40 deep with a children's section. There is another one - for descending from the slides (they work by the hour. During the week they turned on 2 or 3 times) - it is quite small and there is also a small compartment there, but already 1X1. In all the pools, the water is cold - it seems to be heated only by the sun.
6. Animation
animation does not interest us at all, but here it is not. What is: water polo by the hour (30-40 minutes a day), darts (also at a certain time), on some days water gymnastics, well, an evening show
. We were glad that no one gets us, touches us and makes no noise under the windows. But those who need to be constantly entertained - not here. And, well, I almost forgot, all the animation is only in German.
7. Number.
Plain, carpeted floor. There is a mini-bar, TV (2 Russian-language channels), air conditioning. True, everything is in a shabby form, but this is not 5 *. But the air conditioner did not seem to have been cleaned since installation - due to the huge amount of dust that clogged the filters, it rattled like a tractor. There is mold on the shower in the bathroom. The room is cleaned every day (if you ask), but it consists of simple vacuuming and replacing dirty towels (unless, of course, they forgot to throw them on the floor).

The room has very dirty windows. And in the lobby of the hotel `repair` is done right on the go - an extremely cheerful Turk in broad daylight greases the walls with white paint in places of peeling. All.
Of course, everyone makes the decision himself, but if you are in the process of choosing a hotel, then it is better to find another solution.
