Hello! This was our first trip abroad, we traveled with a child of 3 years. I will say that after Ukraine, for us it was the first real vacation. I'll start in order:
1. We arrived at the hotel at 9.30, we were met, offered to have breakfast, and after breakfast we were immediately settled. Our room was 2410, cozy with access to the pool. The room is clean and comfortable, they cleaned the room every day, even if we forgot to hang up the card. There were no thefts in hotels and at sea.
2. The food was very tasty, there was always a large selection. In general, we recovered very well! ) From fruits there were apples, oranges, watermelons, and I really don’t know what they are called, but it reminded me very much of our green plums; ), There were a lot of very tasty sweets !! ! From alcohol there was whiskey, rum, Baileys, beer, wine, etc. , of course they pour not jelly, sometimes they even had to ask them to pour less whiskey or rum. The bar was open from 10.00 to 24.00, water could be taken at the bar (it was in sealed cups) or in the cooler.
3. The staff is always friendly and smiling. Yes, the hotel is more imprisoned for the Germans, but at the same time, if you are normal and friendly, then the staff will treat you very well. (as you treat people, so they treat you) They understand English. and in Russian the truth is not all.
4. Animation - Oh, for me, this is generally the best experience! I want to thank them right away, the child simply adored them. Talented guys, they gave everything 100%, to be honest, they really raise the level of the hotel!!!!
5. The sea is 5-7 minutes walk, the shuttle runs every 5-10 minutes, the sea and the beach are clean, you can also have lunch on the beach, only beer and wine from alcohol on the beach. But this is enough for me.
All in all, I would return to this hotel again. Thank you very much to all the staff for your kindness and hospitality!!!!
