Feedback from a person who has visited hotels 9 times in Turkey and Egypt. We arrived at 6.10 in the morning, filled out questionnaires, put on bracelets and went to breakfast. At 9.00, with the help of a small green piece of paper, we were settled in a room. There were no comments on the number - everything worked properly, clean, tidy. At 9.30 we were already at sea. It is just wonderful, clean, warm, with beautiful sand and a smooth sunset. There were plenty of loungers. We were very lucky with the weather.
Food, based on the price of the tour, is excellent. Breakfasts, as in all hotels, are standard - eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurts, jams, salads, fruits. Lunch and dinner - 3-4 types of side dishes, chicken, fish, meat in different preparations. Whiskey, red wine, beer are pretty good quality. But the cocktails are nonsense. At 15.30 - ice cream and oriental sweets. Due to covid-19, all the food is put on your plates by the staff, who is behind the glass. The staff is very friendly, there were no restrictions on the number of servings.
Go to the sea at a calm pace for 5-6 minutes, every 10-15 minutes a cool shuttle bass rides, travel time is 2 minutes. Wi-fi is constantly in the room and at the reception. The staff is friendly, at the reception there is a great guy Hussein, he speaks Russian, he will always help. A separate issue is the hotel guide, who represents and is the face of your tour operator. Our tour operator Anex-Tour was represented by the hotel guide Refik Idris, a very attentive, positive and caring person. He was at the hotel every day, always ready to solve any problems that suddenly arose, relieving you of worries. About excursions Refik very interestingly and truthfully told about each. In the end said, your money and you decide. He did not talk nonsense that you will not leave or your flight will be changed, which many hotel guides often suffer from. You are the masters of the situation. We took 3 excursions from Refik and were very pleased.
