First I want to tell you about the hotel. The hotel is good and definitely worth the money. We are the fifth time in Turkey and have something to compare. The staff is friendly and does everything to help guests; the rooms are cleaned every day; the food is tasty, but not very varied, for example, when we were there there were no cherries and lamb, there were always fish dishes, as well as a large selection of veal and chicken dishes (everything is delicious! ). The beach is clean and the entrance to the sea is smooth, so the water is very warm. A feature of the hotel is its multi-tiered structure (beautiful views and territory), as well as a large number of bars with a large selection of drinks and cocktails (especially cool cocktails are made in the lobby bar). Evening shows were weak (last year at AKKA all the shows were amazing, but here not so much), but every evening there was live music in the Duden-bar. In general, we liked the hotel and I recommend it to everyone. BUT ONLY, FOR GOD'S SAKE, DO NOT CHOOSE Anex Tour. I have never seen such a disgusting attitude towards tourists. We flew through Kyiv and it started with the fact that our flight was postponed for 8 hours and we were forced to spend the night in a hotel. Already in Turkey, I witnessed how tourists who came from the water park almost swearing spoke with the hotel manager of the anexa, who sold this excursion to them. They didn’t like her much, but the child felt bad and they made claims to him because, as I understand it, he persuaded them to go on this trip. However, the manager impudently began to say that everyone likes it, but they apparently were not lucky. I was still very surprised why the manager is rude to customers. But then I realized that this is such a manner of communicating with the personnel of the annex. When our flight was rescheduled again for 6 hours (twice rescheduling the flight is already too much), the hotel manager grinned at me and said that rescheduling flights is normal and we should not be upset. Not only was the flight from Turkey postponed by 6 hours, but also the baggage check-in was more than TWO HOURS. What they were doing there is not at all clear. We ran and boarded the plane 5 minutes before the planned departure, and the plane stood for another 40 minutes and did not fly anywhere. As a result, a whole day of rest was stolen from me, I was forced to rent a hotel in Kyiv twice and there is no compensation for this. I started to make inquiries and it turns out that Anex now often transfers flights not only to Turkey, but also to other destinations. Therefore, be careful when buying tickets, because Anex Tour can ruin your holiday experience. I suggest to all who have suffered from the actions of Anex Tour to act and seek compensation.
