Initially, we were looking for a hotel where there would be fewer young people and small children (we wanted peace, and not the cries of “Tagil rules” and the ora of babies overheated in the sun). Actually, the hotel fully met this goal for the first five days of rest, almost 90% of the guests of this hotel are sedate German pensioners, and then Russian families with children settled in and noise, din, photographing food rushed.
Next, point by point.
The location is very good: the sea is a 3-minute leisurely walk, 15 minutes along the promenade, and you are at the ancient Side, 15 minutes towards the city and here is the shopping center and the Saturday market.

The sea and the beach: sandy, without stones, a gentle entrance, the water is clear, flocks of fry swim. In waves there is a small amount of algae. Sunbeds, umbrellas, smart beach-boy - everything is fine! The beach itself is cramped, the sunbeds are very close to each other. Elderly German women, sunbathing and walking without the top of a swimsuit, cause embarrassment. Many dogs, which, by virtue of nature, do not understand that it is not comme il faut to relieve themselves in the sea.
The situation in the hotel: tired, but quite comfortable, the territory is compact.
Pools on site: one indoor relaxation pool (almost always free), one large (depth 1.40m), one paddling pool for children, and one pool near the water slides (there are only two, in fact you can only slide from one, to second small water pressure)
Room: it seemed cramped to me (there were three of us), but it’s enough to spend the night and freshen up after the beach. Cleaning is more diligent after tipping. It is nice to sit on the balcony in the morning, especially since only there in the room there is wi-fi. There is a mini-dryer for swimwear on the balcony, if you plan to dry your clothes as well, take a rope and clothespins with you. If you are traveling together with a child and his height is more than 145 cm, I recommend choosing a family room, sleeping on an ottoman in a standard room will be uncomfortable. Minibar, tea, coffee replenished daily, free of charge.
Staff: only one waitress in the restaurant speaks Russian well, two employees at the reception speak and understand a little Russian, but mixed with English, the rest either know meager: “thank you, please, what drinks, how are you”, or not at all speak Russian. By the way, there are a couple of employees who do not like Russian-speaking tourists.
Restaurant, bars. Don't expect variety, don't expect lots of fruit, and you won't be disappointed. At the beach restaurant, the chef cooks divinely on the grill: any meat, any fish turns into a masterpiece! Turkish grandmother bakes delicious cakes, pancakes, pita bread with stuffing. Herbal tea in bags - I personally did not like delicious, brewed black tea. Nescafe coffee - both brewed and instant - is not for everybody. From soft drinks: powdered juices, iced tea, bottled fanta, sprite, cola (but poured into glasses). I didn't drink alcohol so I can't tell.

And the most annoying thing is that the restaurant of a five-star hotel also has flaws: poorly washed vegetables and fruits, poorly washed dishes at the distribution, dishes with chips. And I don’t know whether to blame the restaurant and the hotel, but I ate and drank only there, but still it took two days from the rest to fight the poisoning. At my request to the chef to assist in following the diet prescribed by the doctor (rice and bananas for three days), I was given a small green banana for breakfast, lunch, dinner? I was probably the first hungry tourist in an all inclusive hotel
As a result, I would recommend this hotel to my friends, but with reservations: do not eat raw vegetables, fruits, speak English / German with the staff, and look for the positive in everything!
