After 30 minutes we went to the reception again (they were ready to pay to accommodate well), the boy at the reception helped (he alone speaks Russian) , offered a room in the main building on the 2nd floor with a double bed and two armchair beds, a table-cabinet for TV, two chairs, a coffee table (room area 24 sq. m).
The area is great, there are a lot of places to walk. The pool is also nothing slides work from 10.00-12.00 and from 14.00-18.00 the water is cool in the morning and very warm in the evening. The beach bar was open from 10.00 to 18.00 from 12.00 to 16.00 free food (pasta, french fries, rice, meat, fruits, hamburgers, shawarma), you can not leave for lunch (food is sometimes better than in a restaurant) There were a lot of sunbeds for everyone , but we took towels and lay on them near the sea, it's not so hot there. Near the bar there is a playground under a canopy (toys, swings, small slides), the child liked it.
I didn’t like the food in the general restaurant, the monotonous menu, pastries too. A 6-year-old child ate only pasta, rice, mashed potatoes, terrible soups (the child ate only potato once in 9 days). The waiters are not intrusive (were pleasantly surprised)
Cleaning is not very good, they came at any time they wanted (usually at a quiet hour), endured this disgrace for several days, then they approached the hotel guide Olga and asked for help, she sent a little longer, then went to the reception and asked to be cleaned before 12.00, a question was resolved without problems. Cleaning was usually done in the morning as soon as we went to the beach. Towels were changed every day, they put shampoo, soap, toilet paper, the bed was changed 3 times (the sheet is hard to hide (especially on a burnt body))). There is carpet on the floor, they were vacuumed badly, the balcony was not cleaned at all.
Not far 600-700 meters from the hotel (to the right along the main road) there is a market where you can buy whatever you want (clothes, bags, underwear, toys) be sure to bargain, prices charge, you can cut in half, open until 24.00 (went in the evening when it's not hot).
On the day of departure, the departure schedule was not posted on the information board, at that time there was no guide on site, there was no one to ask, a lot of people walked (waited but no one could help), the fax about the departure came only after dinner at 20.00 (excitement was due to the fact that the flight could be changed, and it happened). Previously, they had to fly away at 07.00 in the morning, but they postponed it to 18.15 in the evening. The room was vacated until 12.00, things were handed over to the storage room, before lunch they were at the sea, in the pool, had time for lunch, they took us at 14.40, at the airport at 16.00.

Young people in this hotel will be bored, children are not bad, adults who wanted to break away, came off (a lot of Russians, you can get to know each other). I would not want to go there again (once was enough, but the 5 * hotel does not pull either).
