We rested in this hotel at the beginning of August 2018 (annex tour). The travel agent praised the hotel, but in reality everything was not as beautiful as it was in words. As the saying goes: "Everything seems to be in chocolate, but if you sniff it, then no! " The hotel does not pull on 4 *, this is a weak 3, do not believe the travel agents who praise it. And this is not the fault of the hotel, they are trying to their level, but there is a concept: you can’t jump above your head! And tour operators bend prices on it (even those "small" money it is not worth it). For the money you can find much better options.
Cons: Small territory of the hotel; there is very little greenery, so it’s hard to walk around the territory during the day, the sun is mercilessly scorching; dirty (it seems to be constantly cleaned, but here you will see dirty lids of garbage containers, greasy, stained napkin holders on the tables in the restaurant, stained coffee machines, the sunbeds were not moved away to clean between them and therefore there is always hair near the pool, small garbage, brr. . .
); one third of the sunbeds are without umbrellas; the water slide for children is very small; the playground is very modest, the soft surface is laid out obscenely, just thrown over, the children run around, and it moves around, they asked the receptionist to fix it three times, it seemed to be corrected, but then everything went away again, garbage was constantly lying on the playground, it was not removed; during the day it is impossible to walk on the site, because it heats up in the sun, since there is no shading, greenery or canopy; the rooms have a very strong audibility, periodically smells of sewage, somewhere not much, somewhere strong, somewhere the air conditioners work noisily, somewhere the refrigerators do not work (reviews from guests who stayed with us), in our room there was a decent a layer of dust, they themselves cleaned, washed; who have rooms on the first floor near the playground, they constantly catch balls when children play football (once the ball hit someone's balcony, the child jumped onto his curb,

and it collapsed (a piece of the curb), the roar was on the whole hotel, since the curbs there were made of marble, the next day they told the owner that he was not aware of the situation at all, although he was constantly in the hotel and monitored everything, drove the workers, and they glued a new piece of marble); the rooms next to the stage are very noisy due to the music; animations for children only in the evening and every day the same, and the level is up to 7 years old, older children are not interested; the hotel announced a free babysitter and a kids club, but everyone is silent about this (about the hammam, for example, they talk about it immediately upon arrival), the kids club is a terrible dark nook between shops of 20 squares with poor equipment without windows, there have never been children there; in general, the architecture of the hotel buildings and the interior of the rooms are savdepovsky; outside the hotel there is little greenery, between hotels there are wastelands with dry grass, garbage is lying everywhere, more or less greenery in the center of Side, closer to the old city,
there and cleaner; a bus runs to the beach without glasses (only the rear glass and the driver’s), the schedule is inconvenient: it takes you to the beach at 8.00, 8.30, 9.00, 10.00, 14.00, 14.30 and at 15.00 , pick up starts only from 12.00, 12.15, 12.30, 17.30, 18.00 and at 18.30, that is, if you arrived at the beach at 8.00, you can only leave at 12.00 , and the bus will be simply packed, it is very inconvenient with children, it is unrealistic to walk to the beach on foot with children; entry into the sea is not gentle, there is a hole 2 meters from the shore (somewhere it is immediately waist-deep, somewhere knee-deep, then a knee-deep spit, then again the depth is up to the neck, i. e. , 20 meters from the shore is already neck of an adult of average height); wi-fi did not catch even at the reception, who have stronger phones - barely went online, who have a weaker, dead number even at night; it is very stuffy at the reception, there is no air conditioning, so when people come to access the Internet, it is very difficult to sit there; wine and beer are diluted with water (maybe they have such a culture, it’s hard to say
but then we bought wine in the hotel shop, it was very tasty); not a large selection of dishes (several times hair was found in handouts of salads and salads were sour several times at lunch), there were few fruits, they did not give oranges at all, but they sold freshly squeezed juice for $ 1; the food is the same every day; a safe in the room is paid $ 2 per day, for beach towels they take a deposit of $ 20 before departure, if the towels are lost or damaged, the money will not be returned. The program ends at 10.00, the bar is also closed at 10.00.
Pros: good, staff, no rudeness, vulgarity or harassment was noticed, the owner constantly monitors everything on the territory of the hotel, the rooms are generally clean, we didn’t have any mold or dirt, except for dust on the closet, the mattresses on the beds are good, linen clean, good, not torn (small yellow spots come across), an old-fashioned TV, but it showed well, about 16 channels, of which 6 were Russian (1, STS, TNT, etc.

); diligent waiters; the food is generally not bad, you won’t go hungry, meat was given every day (chicken, fish, liver, meat goulash, meat cutlets less often); there were no problems with water in the room; liked the hammam, especially the massage; the beach is sandy, good for children. Of the programs for adults were: belly dance, acrobats, Turkish dances, dance groups performed, foam disco, afternoon water volleyball, aqua aerobics, belly dancing, darts; tennis; there is a hookah; reasonable prices in shops on site (textiles, shoes, bags, souvenirs, wine, ice cream, boiled corn, clothes, etc. ), there is a hairdresser. Rest here is generally calm, measured, there is no heavy traffic, mostly families with children, couples without children, 80% Russians, 10% Turks, 10% Ukrainians, almost all of the staff speak Russian. Among the guests were those who came here for the second and third time and they like it, but there were many who
who did not like it at all (we conducted a survey for ourselves during the holidays). We will definitely not come here again.
