As soon as we refused, Gulmira defiantly began to be mischievous, the trace of a smile caught a cold. In general, a disgruntled face was seen until the end of the vacation. The biggest drawback for me in the room is that the conder does not work, or rather it worked, but so weakly that it was impossible to stay in the room (stuffy, hot). For people who can't stand the heat, stay away from this hotel.
As for food, at first glance, the eyes run wide, but there is nothing tasty (lettuce, olives, tomato, cucumber, tomato + cucumber, tomato + cucumber + salad... i. e. a lot of monotonous food). Dessert is incomprehensible. The color is attractive, jelly-like something (one chemistry). Alcohol, although free, is disgusting. Sour beer mixed with water. We bought everything in the store. When asked to wash his hands before preparing a cocktail, the bartender expressed his great dissatisfaction (we did not like the fact that he kept the money in gloves and began to cut fruit in the same gloves).
Wi-fi is paid, although the tour operator said it was free. The rooms are small, the furniture is old, the duvet is not a duvet at all (large piece of waffle towel, very worn). The towel was never changed. There are no disposable hygiene products, which is not 4 stars. The guide is just a rude boor. Beach towels are not provided (everything is paid). The territory is small. The sea is free, far away, carries a transfer. There is a paid beach within walking distance.

Doesn't qualify for 4 stars. There is something to compare. Disappointed. No more feet. I do not advise.
