Terrible hotel and terrible operator - Coral Travel! This is the FORMER five, which ROCKED TO A POSHARPANNY THREE! After the so-called. “rest” in this hotel GENERALLY got sick of going to Turkey…. LOCAL Turks stay at the hotel - and this indicates a LOW LEVEL OF THE HOTEL! A chanson is started by the pool, and visitors to the bar turn to the waitresses “Hey girl” ....
At first I read fake "positive" reviews from "TOP HOTELS" and decided to choose this hotel. When I later read the reviews on the site “on the negative. ru" was horrified, but it was too late!! ! Unfortunately, everything negative about this hotel turned out to be true……. Everything would be fine if this hotel cost exactly half as much, but for its price it is simply UNEXCUSEDLY BAD!!!!
Briefly:
1) A child almost died because of old, falling apart glass railings (fell from a height of one and a half floors onto a concrete tile with a curb)!!!

2) There is little food, it is of poor quality, there is no variety, it is from semi-finished products, the hotel saves on everything, everything, everything.
3) The beach is extremely short, on 1/2 of the beach there is a dangerous rocky outcrop that interferes with the entrance to the sea, you can break your leg / head, constant strong waves. The water in the sea is dirty - with a film, foam, leaves, branches.
There is a very high concentration of vacationers on the suitable part of the beach.
4) Rooms - 1/2 of the rooms are not updated, if you check into an updated room - you will be lucky, if you stay in the old room - you will not be lucky ....In the old rooms, everything is worn out, the carpet is stained, etc. (read the reviews about this hotel on the site "on the negative. ru" - unfortunately, everything said there is true! )
5) From 21.00 (until the morning) a terrible, strong, PERSISTENT SMELL OF MANURE begins throughout the hotel, reaching up to the 7th floor!!!
6) No wristbands, no security guards - no security on site!!!
7) WAF-FI is terrible!! ! It does not work well IN THE ROOM AND AT THE RECEPTION!
In other places, it DOES NOT WORK AT ALL !!!!
8) GENERAL IMPRESSION after 14 days of "rest" - a dirty, neglected, abandoned, falling apart hotel, from which the last juices are squeezed out without investing a penny.
9) KORAL-TRAVEL DISTRACTED OUR BACK FLIGHT
Detailed in order:
1) DANGEROUS HOTEL FOR LIFE AND HEALTH!! ! - A GIRL 4-5 years old NEARLY DIE!! ! Because of the old, falling apart glass railings (see photo)! She fell from a height of one and a half floors onto a concrete floor and a curb! Thank God, there were broken ribs, concussion and cuts, but she could just die!!! ! The hotel saves on EVERYTHING (!!! ) No bracelets, no security - whoever you want come, whatever you want - take it!!!!!
We went to see the territory of the neighboring hotel "Turan Prince World Hotel" - so their guard immediately turned us around, already at the entrance to their hotel territory. In Silence, there is one guard in the center of the hotel territory and that's it ....
2) ACCOMMODATION: Only at the reception staff know Russian.

The first manager who took care of our check-in offered us a room with a smell from the toilet, when we were asked to change the room, the manager said that he was “offended” by us (you can freak out, if you want to be offended, stay at home). The second manager suggested a normal room, which we chose. They offered him $ 10 in his pocket, but he refused (they have cameras there), and he recommended that we leave a tip in a specially designated “tip box”.
No one sees off the rooms, but, thank God, there are boys who then help carry the suitcases.
We got the room in the renovated half of the main building. We paid for the cheapest rooms at the Eco Club, but it was under renovation.
Dear tourists - when you see an inscription about a hotel that it was "renovated" in such and such a year, ALWAYS SPECIFY exactly what they renovated!!!
They can change the benches and tiles on the territory, leaving the old number of rooms and proudly write that the hotel has been “renovated”. Exactly half of the rooms in the main building (buildings D, E, F, G) were renovated in Silence, the “houses by the lakes” were left without repair, the Eco Club was closed for repairs.
3) NUMBER:
The room is nice, everything is new, even stylish, there is laminate and tiles on the floor (what a blessing), a new double bed with a single hard but comfortable mattress! Bed linen and towels, of course, not new, but acceptable condition and cleanliness. The refrigerator cooled well and worked imperceptibly.
As it was said by tourists before us - NO DRYERS FOR TOWELS AND THINGS either in the bathroom or on the balcony (!!! ). We took a rope with us and stretched it on the balcony, like many of our colleagues in misfortune (see photo).
In the bathroom there is very little space for cosmetics, towels and things!
Room for two, but hangers are designed for ONE PERSON only - hanger for only one hand towel, only for one bathrobe. Nowhere to dry bath towels! There are no hoods in the bathroom, towels do not dry, but sour.
The water from the tap flowed like normal, but it DIFFERENTLY SMELL OF CHLORINE! It's good, but a little overkill.
In the room - everything seems to be nice, but - the electric socket at the head of the bed is only on one side of the bed!! ! That is, only one guest can comfortably charge the phone .....
There is a bar for hanging things in the closet, BUT NO SHELVES FOR LAYING things out!!!

In total - things were stored on the sofa, since there is simply nothing to put them in the closet ...(see photo of the room).
The air conditioner worked, but it was excessively cold and worked in cycles - it will work and stop. When the air heats up, it turns on again and it made it very difficult to sleep !!!!
And it was impossible to sleep with the door to the balcony open - from evening to morning it was strong, concrete, distinct, terrible, the whole hotel (!!! ) stank of manure!!!!! ! Apparently there was a farm nearby.
It was impossible to open the window at night for one more reason - since the hotel territory is very narrow, then very close to the technical facilities of other hotels - some unit of the Selge Beach Resort & Spa hotel was deafeningly noisy nearby. Opposite the hotel - TWO MOSQUES!!! ! That is, at 4-00 in the morning, the loud singing of the mullah began ....
4) CLEANING IN THE ROOM:
Cleaned every day, linen and towels seemed to be tolerable. But the quality of cleaning, of course, does not live up to its name! The cleaning lady sweeps ALL the rooms with the same mop, simply sweeping away the dry rubbish and evenly distributing all the dirt in all the rooms.
Knowing the deplorable quality of cleaning in hotels, I took rubber gloves and a disposable rag with me to clean the room myself and be sure of its cleanliness.
It was scary to look at the rag after wiping the floor - it was gray-brown (see photo).
Once I watched this "cleaning" - the cleaner with the same hands that washes the floor, toilet bowls, collects rubbish from the floor, shakes out the trash cans - with the same hands she (not washing them) changes your bed linen and puts clean towels !!!! ! Keep this in mind!!!
The balcony was never washed - as coffee was spilled there, bird poop lay on the railing (see photo) - everything remained the same throughout the rest. Once, after a tip, they wiped off the most obvious coffee stains on the balcony.

Thank God we didn't hear our Russian neighbors at all! But when the Germans settled through the wall, the noise increased, it seemed that they were destroying furniture there and chattering on the balcony until night with all the loudness of their dissonant language.
Our friends were settled in the old, not renovated, building L. The building is located above the dining room, and it constantly smelled of food! It was the last number.
The cleaners constantly forgot about them, didn’t bring toilet paper, didn’t clean the corridor, (cats pooped there, and these poop lay there for several days) ...Friends three times (!!! ) applied to the reception about cleaning and lack of toilet paper for 4 (!! ! ) guests, but nothing has changed!! ! As a result, when our friend's son became allergic to cats, our friends were moved to "lake houses". Of course, it’s better there (our friends said that the towels there are just super-new, fluffy - that is, this hotel has different levels of service in different buildings), but these Leicas have not yet seen renovation and were a little shabby (see photo). In the next (through the wall) in the room right in the season they did repairs !!!!
5) COMMON SPACES IN THE MAIN BUILDING:
The walls in the corridors in the unrenovated part of the main building are shabby, cracked, etc. (see photo)
A) ELEVATOR: the elevator in this hotel is a separate sad chapter! “By the time you get to your room, your vacation will be over. ” (WITH)
Getting into the elevator is extremely difficult, the attendants are constantly riding it !! ! They load carts into the elevator with linen, garbage, paint, pool bleach - that is, everything ugly that needs to be hidden from the eyes of the guests - all this defiantly fumbles in the elevator. (see photo). We tried to go down and up to the 7th floor on foot, as it turned out faster!!!

B) EMPLOYEES: Before that, I had a rest in 4 Turkish hotels (4 and 5 stars: Marti Resort 5 * Marmaris, Perre La Mer Hotel 5 * Kemer, Splashworld Pegasos World 5 * Side, PALOMA Paradise Beach 4 * Side, Titreyengol) . But nowhere, nowhere was there such a large number of attendants. There were SO MANY of this attendants, and they behaved SO NOISY and noticeably, that you felt like an extra and interfering element at this celebration of the life of the attendants!
The hotel saves mercilessly on the salaries of employees - an African-American washed the windows in this hotel !!!
That is - for those pennies that they are willing to pay for this work, only a poor African American is ready to work, who was somehow brought to Turkey by a difficult one ...It's a pity I didn't take a picture of him!
C) PUBLIC TOILETS: on the territory of the hotel - dirty, smelly, shabby (see photo).
D) CATS: In all the other hotels in Turkey where I have been, there have always been cats, but never (!! ! ) never smelled of cats! In the immediate vicinity of the reception, the poor kitty, the toilet for which the greedy owners were stingy, had to poop on the sofa! She honestly tried to clean up after herself by burying her kaki in the sofa, but NO ONE, NO ONE of the hotel staff cleaned up after the cat! (see photo). Here, poor cats are unhappy, sick, bald, neglected, they are chased by employees - the hotel obviously saves on veterinarians and caring for cats.
6) GENERAL TERRITORY OF THE HOTEL:
The hotel consists of two completely different parts!
There was sand mixed with dirt on the floor. For some reason, a man “cleaned up” in the women's toilet ....
B) BEACH RESTAURANT - tables are dirty, swaying. The food is meager: burgers with fries, silent vegetables and donuts for dessert. And Turkish bread. Coffee in the machine - INSTANT!!!! ! The milk in this machine is a white liquid with a taste and smell that has nothing to do with milk.
C) DRINKING WATER on the beach - it's enchanting!! ! Water on the beach (ATTENTION!!! ) - IN COOLER!!!!!! ! It's just the finish line! There is ONE (one, Karl, one) cooler on the whole beach - you go there and pour yourself some water in a paper cup! AWESOME!!!! ! (see photo). That is, the owners of the hotel are so tight-fisted that they even hesitate to order ordinary cheap water in bottles of 0.33 liters. They order some FUCK - water in a package of yogurt!! ! (see photo) It's just the BOTTOM!!!!

D) WI-FI on the beach categorically did not work!! ! WiFi signals from nearby hotels were MUCH BETTER than Silence's own WiFi….
SHAME on Silence……
A “nesun” constantly walked along the beach - a seller of corn, cherries and some mysterious unpronounceable berry. (see photo)
E) CHAIR LOUNGE - the sun loungers are standard, but many of them are filled with birds (see photo) - NO ONE FOLLOWS the cleanliness of the sun loungers !!!
E) BEACH CLEANING:
During the day, a "beach boy" walks along the beach and collects garbage from sun loungers. But, no matter how much the “beach boy” cleaned up, there was still a lot of garbage left in the trash cans by the sun loungers. (see photo).
Umbrellas fold up in the evening and you, having come to the beach in the morning, must lift the heavy beach umbrella with your own hands!

8) SEA:
The beach line at the hotel is already poor, and it is only 13 suitable for swimming!

the line of the beach is occupied by water sports, part 12 - UNSUITABLE FOR SWIMMING, since there is a ROCK OUTPUT, (it starts 3 meters from the surf line, it is an uneven rocky outcrop with cracks and a torn edge slightly smoothed by the surf) - that's what you can about it break the legs, and even the head (if you're not lucky). SEE THE DETAILED PHOTO REPORT ABOUT THE ROCK LIGHT AT THE ENTRY TO THE SEA!! ! (In the photographs, this rocky outcrop looks like a yellow-brown, wide strip 5-7 meters from the surf line. ) This rocky outcrop starts 5 meters from the surf line, it rises 25-35 cm above the bottom surface, lasts 5 -6-7 meters, and then abruptly breaks off!

That is, to enter the sea, the following scheme arises: you take 4-5 steps along the bottom, everything is fine, but on the 6th step you stick your feet into an uneven rocky outcrop sticking out 25-35 cm above the seabed, you stand on it , you walk along it, risking falling, since this rocky outcrop is slippery, uneven, it is covered with pits, then bumps and has wide cracks that you can hit with your foot and fall for sure! Then the rocky outcrop ends abruptly, and you run the risk of falling into the sea to a depth of more than 2 meters!! ! This ROCKY OUTPUT (and not a slab, as some say) resembles a coral reef - only higher, uneven, slippery ....
In total: you can normally enter the water only for 1/3 of the length of the beach - everyone swims there, and it seems that you are in Sochi at the peak of the season - there are so many people there !! ! Moreover, even there, on the surf line, some kind of thick pipe was sticking out - see the photo !!!
THERE IS NO WHERE TO SWIM A NORMALLY ADULTS - the first line of buoys is located VERY CLOSE TO THE SHORE! (see photo). It seems that FROM THE WHOLE beach they made one big "paddling pool" for children !! ! This ruined the beach holiday completely - even after overcoming all the horrors of this hotel, going to the beach, going into the sea through these dangerous rocks - you can’t even swim well in the sea, since the sea was taken away from you - fencing it with buoys almost at the very line of the surf …. . (see photo).
CONSTANT WAVES - In the reviews we read that in this place there is constantly quite strong excitement and were surprised - what's wrong here? Maybe people just got unlucky with the weather? BUT!! ! It really is!!!! ! Always big waves! And it’s hard to enter the water, given that entering the sea is associated with a risk to life due to the protruding slippery rock outcrop…
Due to the constant excitement in the water, some kind of foam or a thin film of some unknown thing floated (see photo).
Some branches, grasses, leaves, scraps of plastic bags were constantly floating in the sea ...In short - the water was dirty!
9) FOOD:
Briefly: The food is of low quality, there is little of it in quantity, a lot of semi-finished products, very little variety, very short time intervals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. As it was said in the reviews of previous guests - NO CLEAN FORKS AND KNIVES in the public domain!!!
DETAILS ABOUT FOOD AND SERVICE in restaurants:
I read in the reviews that the food is poor and semi-prepared, unfortunately, it's true!!!!


Dear people! Never enter the phrase “in any case, you definitely won’t stay hungry! ”- you can eat from the garbage dump and “not stay hungry” .......Therefore - “not to be hungry” and tasty, varied, high-quality food for your own, considerable money - TWO BIG DIFFERENCES !!!!

In Silence, we “starved” by the 6th day of rest - we no longer wanted to eat anything ....

Very poor selection of food!
For lunch and dinner, only 10 types (total) of hot dishes, plus one type of fish, and one type of chicken. And that's it! For a large hotel, this is UNEXCUSEDLY LITTLE!!! ! By the end of the first week, we didn’t feel like eating, and we went hungry. We bought something “normal” in the shops and ate in the room.

We were at the hotel in the so-called "early season". Although the end of May and the beginning of June for hot Turkey should already be a SEASON (!!! ). So - although the hotel was still only half populated, and there were already a lot of people and the crowd in the "restaurant" for the distribution of food was concrete. That is, - when the season “begins” and more people come, then a specific fight will begin for food !!!

A) BREAKFAST: standardly unvaried: 2 types of porridge, eggs, sausages, over-salted (to bitterness) cheeses, yoghurts with jams and tasteless buns, Turkish soup. At the end of the holiday, mediocre croissants appeared, but this did not brighten up the general food despondency. Not many types of tea!
Instant coffee!
Somehow I poured myself some milk from a coffee machine separately - it was some kind of MISSING!!! ! A white liquid that tasted and color had NOTHING to do with milk!! ! After that, I separately poured myself black instant coffee from the machine and topped up with normal milk from a jug. Sugar was only white (in the restaurant at the "houses by the lake" - Anatolia - sometimes there was brown sugar and this once again indicates different levels of service in different buildings).
Tea bags were piled into one bowl - and you are there, like a bum, digging around, looking for your kind of tea !!!
At the distribution of jam, honey, chocolate - every day there was a strong smell of cats ...
I love cats, but they have to be cleaned up and taken care of….


B) LUNCH - DINNER: A very meager assortment of dishes! For lunch and dinner, only 10 types (total) of hot dishes, plus one type of fish, and one type of chicken. And that's it! For a large hotel, this is UNEXCUSEDLY LITTLE!!!!
Mashed potatoes are semi-finished and tasteless.
Semi-finished cutlets, onion rings, dumplings. (see photo).
Only one serving row with snacks, only one serving row with hot dishes, only one serving row with salad vegetables…… Sadness and despondency…. For comparison - in September 2018, we were at the PALOMA Paradise Beach 4 * Side, Titreyengol - so there were three (! ! ) times more types of dishes, although they were 4 stars !!!
The hall is stupidly organized: a distributing room at the entrance, and it is very far to go from it to the bulk of the tables. And you - either sit in the epicenter of all the fuss of people and waiters, with the deafening ringing of plates, forks and knives - or you go for a long time to a far corner, where it is relatively quiet, but eat a cold dish ...
The columns in the dining room are turned with their edges towards the tables - this is terrible, from the point of view of Feng Shui, - the edge of the column "cuts" the space of the dining table - it is very uncomfortable to sit there!!!

C) SWEETS:
Sweets are very monotonous - more or less acceptable cheesecakes, but the rest is very, very tasteless: several types of cakes FROM MANKA, gelatin, tasteless biscuits with rancid nuts. The ingredients for sweets are obviously third-rate - artificial cream for cakes, expired and rancid flour - it seems that the hotel buys only expired ingredients for the hotel ..... Even the packages of Calve ketchup were expired, which was reflected in the taste of this ketchup. (see photo)
Oriental sweets are also semi-finished, very monotonous and tasteless ....And often rancid.
In the open "restaurant" near the "houses by the lakes" - "Anatolia" - sometimes there were those dishes that were not in the main "restaurant" - "Harmony" - processed cheese for breakfast, barbecue for lunch ...
In "Anatolia" there were fewer people, the atmosphere was calmer and it was more pleasant to eat (if sparrows did not fly to your table ... )

D) BAR IN THE "RESTAURANT" "HARMONY" - the bar is empty, dull, beer - not tasty, wine - not tasty.

D) CONFECTIONERY:
Confectionery was open from 15:00 to 18:00. They served tasteless cakes with cream substitute cream (which made the liver hurt), rancid store-bought cookies. The only acceptable cake is cheesecake. There was ice cream, but also third-rate - not tasty and not of high quality. The dishes for the guests on the tables in this pastry shop were not cleaned at all.

E) COFFEE HOUSE: another LOUD FAILURE of this hotel - the ground coffee in this coffee shop had a TERRIBLE, SICKENING SMAST of something inedible and smelling terrible!!!!!
I couldn't drink a single sip - it was nasty, nasty, nasty!!!!

G) RAMAZAN.
We got to the hotel during the Ramadan holiday. At this time, many Turks arrived, a local ensemble of “folk art” performed in the restaurant by the pool - but they shouted more than sang.
So - for the duration of this holiday, SUCH an unprecedented ACTIVE ACTIVITY developed, as if no less than the president had arrived. The tortillas were moved from the beach to the restaurant by the pool (and the people on the beach were left without tortillas), shawarma installations urgently appeared from somewhere ....And, together with the departure of Turkish vacationers, all shawarmas, etc. , disappeared. In short, this hotel only cares about the convenience of its staff and local Turkish vacationers, they don’t give a damn about Russian guests ....

H) CHILDREN'S RESTAURANT: There was a "kids restaurant" in the same room as the patisserie. The room was damp, cold as a cellar. All the equipment there was some kind of old, untidy - it was unpleasant to be there, not what it is ....Food was served there a couple of times, and someone was not even afraid to feed their children there.
All floors in the places of distribution and eating were in a terribly dirty state - if food fell on the floor, then it lay there for a very long time.
It seems that the floors are not washed at all ....
If something spilled on the tables, it also did not wipe for a long time ....


I) STAFF in the restaurant:
99.9% of the waiters DID NOT KNOW A WORD in Russian, English or German!!!!!
The hotel saved on staff mercilessly - they hired "teenagers" for three kopecks who don't know a single foreign word!! ! The Germans tried to teach the waiter from the beer bar just to count in German !!!!
The only waitress who knew Russian was the Ukrainian Alena, with whom we communicated.
As they wrote in the negative reviews - terrible table setting! That is, by the opening they put forks and knives on the tables. If a person has eaten, they remove plates, spoons, forks from the table and that's it! Further, the table stands without forks and knives, and cutlery is not displayed anywhere in the dining room, that is, you need to look for a previously set table with forks. And when all the tables are occupied, then you have to eat with your hands……
Waiters, when laying out forks and knives, take them with their fingers by the tines of the forks, which you will then lick ....Therefore, please wipe your knives and forks with at least a napkin. This will help avoid poisoning.
The fact that tables, tablecloths, table bases, floors are dirty has already been written many times before me and this is a harsh truth! (see photo)
Artificial flowers were poked next to the tables, which climb into the eyes and look like a decoration of the grave ....(see photo)
The "cooks" who bring new portions of food behave as if they are the owners here, and the guests are an extra element that interferes with them ...You feel completely superfluous at this celebration of the life of hotel employees. They pick up food right away too! Even if there are still people in the restaurant, food is still taken away from the distribution if the meal is over according to the schedule!!! ! No respect for guests….

K) TOOTHPICKS - they stood only at the entrance to the Harmony restaurant and so imperceptibly that I only found out from friends that it even existed. I thought that the owners were saving on this, half a penny, consumable!
K) WATER: zhlobskaya economy - at lunch and dinner, one bottle of water was exhibited - and that's it! That is, ordering more convenient bottles at 0.33 is AMAZING wasteful for owners ....ten
10) ENTERTAINMENT:
A) WI-FI: I never thought that bad internet could ruin your holiday! Turns out it CAN!!!
Wi-Fi more or less tolerably caught only in the room and near the reception! And then - it was constantly interrupted, overloaded for a long time. The TOP HOTELS website did not load!! ! There was no internet in the rest of the hotel!
B) REPRESENTATIONS: - Various touring "ensembles" of the level - below rural amateur performances came to visit!! ! There was nothing to see.
Every time, starting at about 21-40, a strong SMELL OF MANURE was spreading both in the amphitheater and throughout the hotel!!!
And not like “a breeze blew and passed”, but steadily, constantly, specifically, until a burning sensation in the nose, so it was impossible to inhale.
And this smell lasted until the morning !!!! ! This fragrance reached our room on the seventh (!!! ) floor!!!
C) WATER SLIDES: - not bad, but few views and without extremeness.
D) ATTRACTIONS: - old, shabby, thank God, did not fall apart with us. To the question of the “season”: The Ferris wheel was assembled only towards the end of our holiday, although the hotel was about half occupied during our time! This once again emphasizes with a red line THE HOTEL OWNERS' DISRESPECT TO THEIR GUESTS - that is, for the owners of the FLOOR HOTEL, GUESTS DO NOT DESERVE TROUBLE FOR THE COLLECTION OF THE FERRIS WHEEL ......Just some kind of Middle Ages !!!
E) MUSIC: on the slides, rides, by the pool was terrifying. In a simple and intelligible way - "cheap acid swotting. " Sometimes a chanson was put by the pool ....
The volume is deafening, which is extremely unsuitable for a children's hotel!

Several times in the clearing in front of the river came the so-called. "show". The whole day they assembled the stage, lights, speakers ..... and put on music at the level of a “village disco”. Hand face…..
In a closed disco hall, music was played every evening, but it was tears, not a disco. The people were not there.
E) ZOO: There was a MICRO-ZOO in the hotel (two lambs and chickens) (see photo), about which NO ONE, ANYWHERE, ANYONE DIDN'T TELL ANYONE!! ! This once again indicates that the hotel was put on the drain - nothing is invested in it, it is not developed, and no one cares about anything!!!!

10) CORAL-TRAVEL HAVE US ALL NERVES ON THE LAST DAY - CORAL representative from the Turkish side - Vasif - disrupted our return flight and made us spend the whole day (starting from 05-30 in the morning) on ​ ​ our nerves, wondering if we could fly home and get to work, or we'll be stuck here indefinitely.

Initially, we were supposed to fly out on June 8th, at 21-40.
According to the rules, we had to, on the evening of June 7, after 19-00, go to the reception and look in a special magazine for the time of our departure.
