So =)
Of course, this is not a premium and not a sucker =) how they position themselves, especially on Instagram. This is a good 4*.
Pros:
- New hotel.
- Good variety of food.
- Chefs and waiters - well done! They try very hard.
- Reception quickly resolves issues if they arise.
- Excellent sea (although this is not the merit of the hotel).
Unfortunately more cons =((
- Dear hotel staff, please explain to your maids - if the guest indicated "do not disturb" and the red light near the door is on, this means that you do NOT need to knock, let alone open the door yourself and enter. This cannot be done! No need to take the second card from the room if they saw it there (judging by the words of the girl from the reception - this happens very often).
- Rooms. The hotel claims that all rooms are the same. It's not, there are 20 nice rooms, big ones with big balconies. Surcharge on the spot 20 euros per day.

- Further, the cleaning itself in the room for 3-4, where you can see - they cleaned it there. Towels may not report. But it's petty
- Main restaurant. It has enough space for everyone, sometimes air conditioning and ventilation work very hard.
- Food. Everything is good here. Lots of food, everything is delicious. Quite varied. BUT the dishes themselves... this is terrible . . Plates are poorly washed, forks and knives come across with particles of dried food =( You can’t wash dishes like that and treat guests like that.
- Orange juice =) which they call Fresh for breakfast =) This is a mix - about 30/70, where 30% is the juice that is squeezed out, and 70% is orange yupi from the machine =) Of course, they give their employees natural juice, me too I asked for a natural one - having caught a condemning look and not understanding what I want - they made it to me. But Fresh itself, which stands in decanters, is a mix.
- A la carte restaurant - A stuffy room where they give the same food, only with service. Not worth visiting.
- Towels for the beach / pool are issued in the SPA, respectively, the imposition of paid SPA services is almost daily.
- Music is, of course, a complete tin mix from the 90s with hits of past years mixed with Turkish rap =) Alternatively, just turn on the radio metropolis Moscow or Monte Carlo St. Petersburg during the day, excellent, varied music, at least during the day by the pool, than listening to constant boom boom Boom. After all, the quality of music is not determined by its volume! Here, alas, the louder the better. The playlist seems to be the same... and it plays every day... In general, if you put on Russian music, you can at least see what was in the top now and a month ago, well, not the 90s and hits from 10 years ago.
- Animation. Well xs. Probably the taste and color. I'm not interested. Didn't pay any attention at all. In general, this is of course another business =) selling tickets to clubs.
- It is very strange that there is no bathrobe in the room. Like the hotel says they are 5*

Another air conditioner =) by the end of the holiday, I realized how it works. He works on time. Most of the time it works fine at night. Then exactly at 8 am it turns off, you have to get up and turn it on again. These trips come every day at the same time. Constantly. This was done to save money. But this is the first time I've encountered this.
I would call this hotel for companies that will start drinking at breakfast and finish drinking late at night when they are brought from the club... They will walk around the territory, yell, sing... This is definitely for them. For the rest, it is better to look for other options. Given the not very good soundproofing of the rooms, you will hear all this. After all, a large amount of alcohol is the best way to make people not see the problems around =)
