The hotel was chosen in a travel agency, guided by the price and Side. The move in was done instantly. The staff is already starting to understand Russian a little - they are learning quickly. Although we spoke English well
The hotel is normal, just for 4 stars. I did not notice anything unusual, but nothing bad or negative in the hotel itself. The territory is small, the whole is actually occupied by a pool, sunbeds, tables. No animation, but that's also ok for a 4 star. It should be noted that we were a little amused - a good Turkish night, discos by the pool.
The room is standard with all the relevant pluses. However, there are negatives: water does not drain well from the shower tray, from time to time there is a stale unpleasant smell in the bathroom and, importantly, the air conditioner blows directly onto the bed. I had to turn it off at night, open the door to the balcony, it did not help much. And there is only one Russian-language program on TV - RTR Planet, not enough. And at least one Ukrainian one was set up.

The food and service at the hotel is excellent, the staff is pleasant. About food - a separate conversation - a varied menu, a large selection, desserts - no question, delicious. The towels in the rooms were changed every day.
Didn't like and even pissed off - it's a beach. It is for two related hotels, small, so the sunbeds are almost close to each other. Okay, we got used to it. But the attendant on the beach is engaged in small business - he “fills” places in the morning, and then allocates them to tourists for money. It is unpleasant. And the worst thing is that on the border of the beach, right in the sand, there are two pipes, from which some kind of water flows from the side of the city. At first it seemed to be nothing, even the children crawled around in it, and then such a smell rushed from that ravine that we fled to the other side of the beach. I didn't like it very much.
