we went to rest in Sural Resort from May 9.2010 to May 16.2010, we chose a hotel for a very long time, read the reviews of vacationers very carefully, and after reading it, our hair just stood on end and thoughts appeared that we could still have a rest in Russia...... we chose this hotel is just from the picture in the catalog and decided to take a chance, because. in principle, rest depends on the people themselves, with what attitude they fly there.
We were settled immediately, at the reception there was a very good girl, Lida, who speaks Russian, and who continued to help us all the time, told everything and even wrote on pieces of paper how and where to go (I'm talking about trips to the city). The room we were given a spacious one with access to residential buildings, but we are not offended, because. we were almost in the room and didn’t appear and didn’t look out the windows. The hair dryer didn’t work in the room, but we reported to the reception and after 20 minutes they came and replaced it with a new one !! ! They cleaned the room every day and not bad, even if we didn’t tip , the bed was cleaned every three days, everything as described.
The food is just amazing, we were fed to slaughter, we were especially pleased with the fruit - we just ate too many strawberries and apricots !! ! we have things to do, they came up and asked to teach them the Russian language, and in return they taught Turkish, the hotels just had a friendly atmosphere.

The animation was not bad, but we arrived in the off season and there was only one animator - Mustafa, especially cool animation - Turkish night, there are also a lot of interesting things for children, even if mom is distracted, then one of the staff will definitely look after the child, and just like that!!!
the only thing we were not lucky with was the guide, Vazif, from a travel agency-foreign tourist, he didn’t even give us a price list for excursions, it feels like he just invented them and pressed them to buy them right away, at a meeting, otherwise there simply won’t be places, and then on excursions after talking with other tourists found out that we overpaid by $ 10, to be honest it was very insulting, so my advice is, do not buy excursions like that, demand a price list !!!
The hotel is simply amazing, I give it 5 plus!! ! I would love to go there again!! !
