On the first day, valuables were stolen from our room (a bag in which there was a tablet and something else). We contacted the reception. They tried not to respond to our request in any way. Turned to our hotel guide - minimum rektsii. They demanded to call the police. At the reception they began to dial a number, they refused to give me the phone and said that the police would not come. The hotel guide of another travel agency advised me not to be indignant, saying that her tourists had 2 cases of theft of phones (! ) in a week and they do not download rights. I began to insist on calling the police already loudly. They told me that they would kick me out of the hotel, they called a security guard who began to grab my hands, other tourists began to protect me. It’s scary to remember, although six months have already passed. After 3 hours of my requests, a representative was called for some narrow issues, who took us to the police, he translated everything there, the policeman typed something, we signed there.
No policemen came to the hotel, that's all. We did not count on the fact that things would be found, but also on such an attitude.
Some of the workers whispered to us that the owner of the hotel was an important lawyer and would not allow the presence of the police in his hotel.

No apologies, of course, and looked at us by the staff, who were in the know, very unfriendly.
Service: we checked in at 2 am, NO sheets. We asked for sheets and a baby cot. After 20 minutes they went and asked again. Dali. The women who were traveling with us in the same bus were waiting for sheets until 4 am - they were embarrassed to ask for a second time.
Accommodation: The 5-star room is tiny, the renovation is not very fresh. The water in the sink almost did not go away, but we didn’t ask for help for such a trifle, so as not to spoil our mood.
