The room was cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly. The only minus we can name is that the staff does not speak Russian at all and almost only Germans rest in the hotel. Thanks a lot to the animator Ali, cheerful, friendly and benevolent, and besides, he understands a little Russian =))). Thank you TUI for a great choice of hotel!
