Turks are smart people. The second time seen in the Iberotel network, the first time we rested in Sarigerme Park. If traditionally there were no Russians in the hotel before - no one knows Russian, the inscriptions are in German. But as soon as the Russians begin to appear, after 2-3 days everyone can greet you, and a person appears at the reception who speaks our mighty language tolerably. So it was this time too - there were a lot of Russians on our arrival, and when we left it was quite possible to explain our question to the staff in Russian. True, there were no signs in the restaurant in Russian yet, but I think they will.
So with discrimination probably quietly the issue is being resolved. It is rather not a willingness to accept Russian-speaking tourists. We had a family vacation: two adults + a child of 10 years + a child of 1 year. Immediately there were graters about the room, I really wanted the room to be on the first floor, so as not to drag a stroller on the second, but everything was busy. After a 20-minute showdown, it turned out that you can pay extra 100 euros (10 euros per day) and get a slightly larger room on the ground floor. The issue was closed almost immediately upon arrival. The hotel is clean. They remove constantly. This applies to both the beach and the pool. Looks like a piston has been inserted. Gardeners squirm under the palm trees all day long. Linen was changed more frequently than promised. They even put flowers in the room. The minibar almost did not freeze, but we had baby food with us and we tearfully asked to do something about it. Apparently they did it - it became pretty decent to freeze : )
They feed to kill. And constantly. And delicious. The chef regularly bangs the staff in the restaurant, in my presence they removed a dish that had just been put out, the consistency of which he did not like.

The animation passed me by, I can’t say anything, but all the animation in German is a fact. Although the evening of amateur performances, which we found, was already with the numbers of Russian kids under the well-known to us "Bu-ra-ti-no". So they are working on themselves.
You can and should go to the hotel to relax. We put solid 5-.
The downside is this: in general, there is a wise rule that is valid almost everywhere in the Iberotel network - a towel left on a sunbed without things and the owner is considered lost and is collected by a specially trained person (a fine for losing 10 euros). When this rule is conveyed to tourists, it is found that 30% of the sunbeds are always free. This hotel did not implement it. Therefore, if you want to take a seat by the pool, where, judging by the towels, German friends relax around the clock, then you will have to get up very early and go to the pool to take a seat. Well, these are the Germans. They love bessein, I will save no. At sea, this problem is not - sunbeds are always available. I told the representative of Tui / Mostrevel about this - he said that it seems like they are planning to implement this at home as well.
And a little minus for fans of table tennis: there are two tables, but they are in the children's pool area. And there is no lighting above them. Therefore, if you want to drive balls in the evening, a bummer awaits you, you can’t see a single thing on dark Turkish nights. Happy please.
Advice to those who choose a hotel - require your agent to indicate the floor on which you want to be placed immediately when booking a hotel, if this is critical. And the side of the room is sunny/shady. Upon arrival, it is really not easy to change anything - the hotel is selling very well, as a rule there are actually no rooms available.
In general, the hotel is good. Ideal for families with children.
Young couples will probably be bored. It's fun in the nearby Iberotel, where a disco rumbles until midnight, noise / din and animation in Russian.
